Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon
8.8/558 Reviews
Right next to the train station from Lyon to Paris, you can see it when you exit the train station. The room is small, but the facilities are complete. The breakfast is average, but the restaurant is colorful and the meal is pleasant. You can walk to the Seine River in a few minutes.
Holiday Inn Paris - Gare de Lyon Bastille, an IHG Hotel

Stayed in this hotel twice and was generally very satisfied. The hotel is very close to Gare de Lyon train station, which is convenient for travel. The Le Marais area near Bastille is very beautiful, with many interesting small shops and restaurants. The hotel breakfast is good. The room is clean, there is also a kettle for boiling water, and the bed is very comfortable. There is a small street on the left side of the hotel that is very beautiful, which seems to be a place for taking photos and checking in.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to 2 subway stations, travel is very easy, more suitable for business trips, in the Bastille and nearby, you can visit the old streets and new sceneries. Will consider staying here next time.

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

Perfect check in and out. Nice cozy place for relax and hang out with friends in their relax area. Wonderful breakfast. Hot and cold and free coffee and tea . Only complain is the bed has only one side climb in . Disadvantage for older people . Overall ,a super nice and friendly hotel.

Facilities: Relatively new, the one-bedroom apartment is relatively large. Free bottled water, capsule coffee, and tea bags were provided in the room on the day of check-in. Environment: Located in the 12th district of Paris, surrounded by residential areas, it is relatively safe. Not far from the subway station. There is a supermarket on the left side of the hotel. Service: The front desk is quite enthusiastic and answers all questions. You can find them if you need anything and they will solve it at any time.
