Hotel 15 Montparnasse

Montparnasse Paris|0.25km from Novancia Business School Paris
Our team stayed in this hotel while we were supporting a conference at UNESCO, which was 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. The location of the hotel is convenient, being in between two Metro stations and with a bus stop on the street of the hotel. If you like to shop, Saint Germain is only about 20 minutes away on foot. Those who like public parks will enjoy Jardin du Luxembourg, which you can walk to in 15 minutes. There is some roadwork that makes the street look unattractive, but apart from that, there are many interesting restaurants on this street and plenty of supermarkets. The street can look a bit threatening late at night, but nothing untoward happened to me in the few nights that I came back after midnight. The hotel has a very small reception area and café. Like most Parisian hotels, the room and the lift are also tiny. In the room, there is a very small area around the huge bed, which is was very comfortable. The bathroom is nicely designed. Breakfast was not great and so I skipped it even though it was included in what I had paid for. Housekeeping could be improved. A few days into my trip, I pulled out a plank under the desk and found pieces of paper left by goodness knows which previous guest. The empty tissue paper box in the bathroom remained unrefilled for several days. There is a Nespresso machine in the room that can also be used to heat water if you are a tea drinker. There is a fridge where you can keep food and snacks. There is a closet where you can keep most of your clothes, but getting an iron and an ironing board was s struggle. The saving grace of the hotel was the reception staff, who were always friendly and helpful. They could not let me have a room till 2 pm and could not give me late checkout because the hotel was fully booked, but they made sure that I was comfortable while waiting in the café for my room to be cleaned and when I returned to the hotel for my trip to the airport after having to check out before noontime.

We were in Paris celebrating our friends 50th, and we wanted a fancy rooftop dinner to end the stay. We were trying to get into Gigi-but ridiculous booking rules applied, and Villa M allowed us to book easily, and normally. Villa M did not disappoint! The food was excellent as were the cocktails. We had some delicious cocktails, which were brought by fun waiters -one resembling Ben Affleck! Really great staff & hosts! Service was great - friendly & fun -with 3 smashes! ;-) The rooftop has the best vibe, so chilled but classy, and the view of the tower was AMAZING! Perfect spot! Would come here again, and would definitely recommend to everyone !

Friendly and helpful greeting by Anes. The property is beautifully located if traveling by train. Also surrounded by good restaurants, pharmacies, shops etc. Just a quick walk to Monteparnesse Blvd where all the action is in the evening. Breakfast is well presented and fulfilling. Nothing gourmet but fresh. The rooms are quiet, even when facing the street. AC works well for those who cannot live without.

The location is very good, very close to the MRT and the bus, and there are many good restaurants around. At the hotel, everyone is kind and friendly. Everything is clean and well looked after. Overall, the room was fine and the bed was comfortable, very comfortable. The price is also good.

From stepping into the hotel until I left I could not have found more helpful and welcoming staff. I had a single room which was clean, bright and air-conditioned. There is a welcoming basket of croissants in the reception area and bread, fruit, water, fruit juices, tea and coffee available in the kitchen for the guests. There is a nice roof-terrace area where you can socialise or just relax and enjoy reading your book. It is about a 4 minute walk to the Pasteur Metro station and 6 minutes to the Montparnasse Metro. It is a 30 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and from the Musée d'Orsay. When I return to Paris - who wouldn't want to return to Paris - I will definitely stay here.

In the center of Paris, the location is very good, but you can only live in the attic on the top floor. The space is a bit small. There is no elevator on the last two floors and you need to carry suitcases. Others are good.
