Hotels near Moncler (Paris - Faubourg Flagship) in Paris

I had a double room. It was very clean and calm, with a large bathroom. The rooms' decoration is certainly dated and basic but it is functional. The person at the reception the day I left was extremely helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located: about 100m from Gare Saint Lazare (and the metro) and very close to shops and large department stores in a very lively neighbourhood. I would happily stay there again. Great value for money.

While the location is outstanding the hotel lacks key service like restaurants, room service and concierge . Only one person at the front desk who is always busy doing everything ( check in and out, cashier, housekeeping, information, etc. ) you have to wait for along time to be answered on any questions!!! I have notified the hotel ahead of time that we are on our honeymoon and requested a king size bed but ended up with two beds!!? and there is not any honeymoon arrangements

It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. We arrived very early in Paris, on July 3, with my husband and my daughters (16 and 17 years old) it was 7 in the morning, on a Monday, and they allowed us to leave our bags, use the bathroom, to be able to go for a walk. comfortable around the city until our check-in time. They even told us that they would do their best to give us our room earlier than planned. We stayed in a family room, immaculate. With a two-stage bathroom, wardrobe / closet, desk, a very large TV, air conditioning (essential in summer), minibar, coffee maker (Nespresso). The reception staff are very friendly but above all efficient. At the reception there are snacks and drinks free of charge for the guest, they treated us very well and were very respectful. We checked out and were able to leave our bags to enjoy our last day in the city lightly, they hired us a taxi that would take us to the airport and we were able to wait for the car at the reception. I would go back with my family without hesitation. Many thanks to all the staff at Hotel Mogador.

Serviced apartment, we stayed in Paris for 8 nights, very convenient. First of all, the location is good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Notre-Dame du Louvre d'Orsay, and there are two subway stations nearby, which is also very convenient. In the past few days, we mainly visited museums on foot. Secondly, although it is cleaned every two or three days, there is unlimited towels at the self-service, and it is equipped with a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher. This week, we basically made breakfast in the room with bread and other things bought at Carrefour City Supermarket. , tableware, toaster, etc. complete, perfect! Then, the free coffee and chocolate downstairs are also great. I have to drink one before going out and after coming back every day. It’s cloudy and rainy in Paris these days and it’s cold. It’s not too comfortable to drink a cup of hot chocolate right away when you get back to the hotel.

This is a classic boutique feeling European hotel. The rooms are very small but we found space for all our clothes and items for the week and tucked our suitcases out of the way. It's a relatively quiet area at night. The water pressure and water temp was amazing (one thing I struggle with at European hotels a lot!). Great area to get where you need to go, Paris is huge so you end up taking uber/metro/bus no matter where you stay. There's a wonderful chocolate shop and a couple of cafes just around the corner but the star is the tiny market across the street that has just about anything you would need. Please remember this is a 4 star hotel not 5 star. If you want a 5 star hotel, go pay 5 star prices. The front desk staff was amazing, I listened to one speak 3 different languages helping all of the guests within about 5 minutes. We had a great week ans would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is in a really nice position very close to the metro station of Jaurès that can get you basically everywhere. The place was clean and there is the chance to leave there your luggage if you come to early for check in or if you need to leave it after check out. That earns the 2 stars in my review. Unfortunately this was probably my worst experience in a hotel. Checking in I was told that we got an upgrade and, instead of our view on the city we got what is supposedly a better room facing an internal wall. I must say that I am not sure if that was really an upgrade because it didn't feel like it - and this makes me wonder what would have been a regular room. Rooms are poorly insulated and I could hear perfectly what was going on in the rooms next to our. The cleaning was good, but unfortunately the cleaning lady forgot to close our door and, when we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we found the door open. The only answer we got when we reported the issue was ”oh, that's not good” - indeed it isn't. Growing up in a similar business I have been taught to do what it take to make happy your guests and I found odd that I couldn't get a couple of spoons when I asked for them (”breakfast is closed now so we don't have spoons”). All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The price doesn't match the service.

Stayed at the hotel back in December 18/January 19 over the new year for 5 nights with my girlfriend. First of all it looked lovely from the outside, really old school, authentic looking french building, very beautiful. It was located in a good location, just a short walk away from the Eiffel Tower and situated around lots of restaurants, cafes & bars! There are also two metro stations very close by and lots of shops. Also we found a brilliant location if you are keen on your walking, if your a keen walker we got to all the major attractions within maximum an hour on foot. The major issue we had with the hotel was the size of the room really, the pictures on the website were very deceiving - ultimately it wasn’t a major issue as we weren’t actually in the room a lot but when your somewhere for 5 days there was limited space in the room to relax and for storage plus the bathroom was VERY small. But the room was always as clean as it could be, it’s very old fashioned and I would say in need of a freshen up but non the less a lovely spot, friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay. The lifts were also very dated and just be careful as you literally walk straight out the lifts on to a spiral staircase, sometimes a little tricky after a sherbert or two.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very centrally located, just a stones throw away from the Metro. We enjoyed an amazing view too. The pictures don't do the hotel justice. My only gripe is that instead of supplying proper shower gel/bodywash they just give tidy 10ml packets. We were 2 people staying for 2 nights and this just simply wasn't enough. Housekeeping did not replenish them.
