Hotel Ascot Opera

Paris|0.01km from Le Soum Soum
First of all, the rooms are so small you will not be able to open your suitcase on the floor or anywhere else for that matter. We booked a room with AC and when we checked in, there was no functioning AC in the room. We contacted reception to change rooms, but we were told that was not possible and that no rooms has fcuntioning AC, and thatthey were waiting for someone to repair it. The receptionist was quite rude and did not apologize or explain why this info was not offered when we booked a few days before. He just sarcastically told us to open the windows. We said we would check out of the room the next morning to which he just said ”ok”. The next morning when we checked out we were told we could change to a different room, but we declined as we had already booked a new hotel. After we had left, we got an angry call from some manager who demanded we come back and get a new room. They were apparently lying when they said there were no other rooms with AC the day before, and the manager calling us kept insisting that they had never said that at all and that we had made up that there were no other rooms. She kept interrupting on the phone and refused to acknowledge that we were two people in the conversation with the receptionist the day beforewho both heard him say this, and even though she had not heard the conversation herself, she seemed to know better than anyone what had been said there. This really is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, both in terms of the quality of the room and the rude and unprofessional staff. I don't particularly enjoy getting lied to and then being accused of making things up, and I also don't enjoy trying to sleep in a tiny room that is boiling. We will not be back and we recommend no one else is either.

The three-person room is just right for the children. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Louvre. There are big supermarkets around, there are McDonald's, there are many Japanese restaurants, Chinese food is also there, and the room is quiet, thanks to the elevator. I walked too tired during the day and didn't pay attention to the elevator noise at night. The front desk service is also very intimate, the only downside is that the carpet in the room is long and gray. The hotel is in the city center, the old house was changed, it is estimated that this area is like this!

There is a small elevator, the room is not big, but it is very tidy, it is very convenient to walk 10 minutes to the Louvre and Printemps, and it is 2 minutes to walk to the subway station. There are many Japanese food and restaurants around, and it is very convenient to buy water in the supermarket. During the parade in Paris, the store specially reminded to pay attention to safety. The team came and locked the door and bought water for everyone, which was very heartwarming. Highly recommend.
Hotel Ile de France Opéra

We normally stay in a different part of town when we travel to Paris, but this time, decided to mix it up a bit, so chose Hôtel Ile de France Opéra. So glad we did! The location was perfect. We could walk to most everything we wanted to do on our short 3 day stay. Food of all kinds was easily available, a subway stop was just around the corner, and we could walk to a laundromat. We purchased a breakfast included package, so ate downstairs every morning. The biggest challenge was figuring out the coffee machine, but once that happened, we were good to go. Typical French breakfast selections including croissants and eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurts, etc. We would certainly go back again. Thanks!

The location is between the Louvre and the Paris Opera, all within a 10-minute walk, very convenient. The hotel is very new, beautifully decorated, stylish and reasonable, and the rooms are small but adequate. The toiletries in the room are L'Occitane, a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste, and a half bottle of champagne. The front desk service was especially good. When I left, I asked if I needed to bring a bottle of water to drink. In the afternoon, I also provided free tea. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Paris. Stay next time!
Hotel Etats Unis Opera

The location is near the Opera Station, so it's great to go to Gwanggwangji. Even if public transportation is good nearby, you can walk to the Louvre or Orsay. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. The room is larger than expected and the bathroom is also very spacious. There is an elevator, but if you put 2 people and 2 suitcases, it will be full. The breakfast is just average, there are no bed bugs, and the bed is soft. However, the frame creaks a little when you move on the bed, but it's tolerable and the soundproofing is just average. If I go to Paris again, I think I will visit again hahaha I recommend it if you are thinking of a hotel with good quality while thinking about cost-effectiveness.
