Very good hotel, excellent location, everyone very friendly, I highly recommend it and when I return to Paris I will stay there again.

Although it is a single room, the design arrangement is very good, especially the elevator to the second floor is very convenient; the breakfast quality is good and great, the living room downstairs has 24-hour drinking water self-service facilities, and the in-house guests have luggage temporary storage service.

We stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor of this hotel for 2 nights. There's 2 lifts, which are small, but modern and adequate. Our stay was very comfortable, even though the room is small and both beds are actually pushed up against one another, though made up separately. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. There is no fridge in the room. Everything is very compact but very efficiently done. Decor is tasteful and modern. Reception staff are helpful and easy. There's a nice bar downstairs for drinks and cocktails and breakfast is fresh and acceptable. Location is wonderful with a short walk to the Arc D'Triumph, metro and restaurants, though I recommend getting out of the tourist area to find better French cuisine. The room was made up each day with fresh sheets and towels. There's a safe, small hanging space and coffee and teas in the room. I recommend this hotel for couples or solo travellers. We had a very pleasant stay and the area is clean, quiet and convenient! Thank you!

When I was looking for a hotel to stay at, I was confused by the small rating. I don't understand who gives low marks to this hotel, but I guess the competitors are .We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and the experience is very-very good. It is very difficult to find such perfect location for such low price.Every day when you leave the hotel and look to the right -you can see the Arc de Triomphe😍Now you can understand how convenient the location is. The rooms are small, but the hotel is very beautiful, with a fresh renovation. The administrators are polite. If I return to Paris, now I know where I will stay 100%

The hotel is in a very good location, about 5 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel, and there are supermarkets, pharmacies and subway stations nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. The surrounding streets are also safe and clean. The hotel's elevator space is larger than expected, and the rooms are not small either. What's more, there are free coffee, chocolate and boiled water at the reception, which are available 24 hours a day. The service is also very good! I will book again next time I come to Paris!

Great location near the Arc de Triomphe, and only a few minutes walk from Charles de Gaulle–Étoile metro station. The hotel building is quite small so the corridors are quite narrow, but the room itself was surprisingly spacious and felt like it was recently refurbished. Our only issue was that the sink is outside the toilet, so the bed area can get quite wet. My biggest compliments have to be given to the staff. For context, we had an arrangement with Stasher to store our luggage at another hotel, which turned out to be bogus. Stasher made no attempt to help us find a last-minute alternative solution despite the entire ordeal being their fault. Out of options, we decided to bring our luggage to Hotel Arc de Triomphe Etoile and ask them if they could store our luggage, despite our stay not happening for another 8 days. The receptionist didn't hesitate to store our luggage throughout the entire period. We're truly very grateful and appreciate the hotel's hospitatlity, understanding and accommodation.

300 meters from the Arc de Triomphe, nothing wrong with it except the small room. No parking lot🅿️ Cars can only be parked in nearby communities. In a place where every inch of land is valuable, this price is reasonable.

Although there is not much facility, the location of the hotel is attractive that 3 mins walk to arc de triomphe! Also there are many nice restaurants around the hotel.

We booked a quadruple room for the whole family.  However, the room given to us was completely not suitable.  The shower was a see-through one with no door and facing the beds.   It was great for a romantic couple but with grown up children, it was totally not acceptable to us.  We complained and not without some argument, they offered 2 connecting rooms.  On the day of checkout, the reception called us and said because they were fully booked, we have to leave at noon sharp and not one minute more!  They even send a staff to our rooms to watch us pack.  We feel that the front desk could be improved.  Having said that, the hotel enjoys a really central location with walking distance to some of the famous tourist spots, and the breakfast is simple but good.  We especially like the fresh juice which you can make yourself at breakfast.

1. First of all, the room I booked did not have a balcony, which was a misleading criticism. There were only three rooms in the hotel. 2. Ctrip's service was satisfactory. 3. The hotel staff had a very good service attitude, and they always met our needs in a timely manner, making us feel at home. 4. The environment here is elegant and comfortable, and the service attitude is first-class. Thank you to the hotel staff for bringing us warmth and comfort every day. 5. The service quality of the hotel is really praiseworthy. Every time I stay, I can feel your professionalism and dedication. 6. The hotel staff always serve us with a smile, warmly and attentively, making us feel the warmth of home. 7. The hotel's facilities are very complete, and the service is very thoughtful.
