The hotel was OK given the price. I was told it was newly renovated and the room size was decent. It was very near the metro station, and there were convenient shops all around, so location was good. Only downside was breakfast wasn't included, but I was able to get breakfast easily from the cafes next to it. Service was relatively OK too given that it was only a 3-star hotel. Staff was mostly quite polite and helpful. Lift was very small but at least it landed on every floor. The lights in the corridor was on power saving mode and kept switching off automatically after a short while, maybe less than 1 minute, so you need to keep pressing on the switch if you need to wait for the lift.

The location and staff were both nice. The facilities were clean, but some amenities were paid for, so if they were free it would have been perfect. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, with plenty of vegetables.
”I found the hotel a bit challenging to locate due to its small and inconspicuous sign; a larger and clearer sign would greatly improve accessibility. Once inside, I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, but they were nicely appointed and provided a cozy atmosphere.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with a pleasant surprise of coffee and small pieces of cake, a thoughtful gesture by the hotel staff. Speaking of the staff, the reception service was exceptional; they were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.
However, there was an issue with my room. Despite booking the cheapest private room, I encountered some wood pieces in the roof with termites. Unfortunately, a few fell onto the bed and coffee table during my stay. This is a serious concern that the hotel administrator needs to address urgently.
Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the positive aspects of the hotel, such as the welcoming reception service and nice amenities, outweighed the negatives. With improvements to signage and urgent attention to maintenance issues, this hotel has the potential to provide an even better experience for its guests.”
Very clean rooms and very friendly housekeeping staff that is ready to help you straight away. We booked two single beds and got a one double bed eventually we has been helped and personal has fixed the bad issue for us immediately. Breakfast is not big but is have everything somebody needs. 200 meters away form hotel there is a street to try the local food. Amazing by the way. Also 2 min walk is Moulin Rouge fabulous show do recommend everyone to go there and see it yourself as it’s worth it. Not far from opera and Galleries Lafayette. In general even though the hotel is on a street with sex shops and other is nice place to stay.
The furnishings may be stylish, but unfortunately, my room smelled musty from the bathroom. The minibar, for which you pay a 50 EUR deposit, only had two cans of Coke, not even water. Coffee capsules weren't refilled on the second day. Cleaning staff came to my room before check-out time on the day of check-out. This shouldn't happen, neither to the departing guest nor to the next. The departing guest doesn't want anyone to disturb them unnecessarily, and the new guest wants a freshly made room. The cleaning staff only left the room after being asked three times to give me a chance to pack my suitcase. While the beautiful area around Abbesses is an easy walk away, the location between two sex shops is simply unpleasant. Although the note in the room said you could order breakfast to be delivered to your room, the receptionist told me there was no breakfast. The elevator only goes up to the 1st floor. The reception staff were friendly.
Clean room, bathtub, heating, delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, 24-hour OK coffee maker at the front desk. In front of the hotel, there is an entrance to the Moulin Rouge and the Metro, which is excellent in access. If you don't mind the noise at night and the fact that there are many adult shops around, it's the best hotel.
Very pleasant and helpful stuff, day and night. Nice location really close to the Blanche metro station and in Montmartre. Room is clean and stylish, quiet (ours was facing inner yard, not the street), just a bit smaller than usual.
Free tea is available on the floor, not in the room, but it’s not a problem.
Close to the nightlife district. Bus and train easily accessible.

Amazing
AAleksandraThe hotel is lovely. Located in Mon**artre, very convenient area to stay in Paris. The room was clean, the single bed wide enough. I stayed 3 days. The receptionists Alessandra and Anna were so helpful and polite. They created very nice a**osphere and helped with everything needed. I can recommend the hotel and would come back if visited Paris again.
GGuest UserSuperb experience. 5 Stars all around. The welcoming and helpful staff, the very detailed cleaning services and the all around hospitality were exceptional. The rooms are spacious and luxe. For a touristy type area, the thick paned windows keep the sound on the streets below out for a calm environment. Would absolutely recommend and visit again!
GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.
SSherryLuanclean, cosy, quiet except the musical festival, convenient to any places.
Only complain is the first day when checked in, they didn't register my breakfast, and the young guy double checked with the manager, and confirmed my room fare iregister the breakfast.
the First day, staff in the restaurant checked with me for a while, then let me in. The last day,
they still checked me and let me stay there to wait the confirmation, that was the 4th day I stayed there! Unbelievable, no any coordination between the team!
YYixuanThe hotel facilities are new, clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and friendly, and the location is very good. There are many delicious restaurants, cafes and bars at the door. It is a good choice to walk to the Sacred Heart Church at night to see the night view.
NNicolas PedrazziniWe were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and everything was exceptional. The only drawback was that upon checking out, we were told the room wasn't paid for, even though we had prepaid for it months before. Aside from that, everything was incredible.
GGuest UserClose to famous landmarks...
Comfortable stay in a good-sized apartment which is a rarity in Paris.
The apartment was kept clean during our 4-day stay
Receptionist were all very kind and attentive. Ivan was particularly good at his job with a great attitude!!!
AAntonio 2013I didn't make any request for a special room, but the room was very clean and spacious with the top floor + terrace.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, so it is convenient when staying with multiple people. All the staff are kind and the English is perfect.
You can have a separate paid breakfast in the breakfast room. Also, if you are a guest, you can drink coffee and hot chocolate on the machine for free, so I am very grateful. There is also a vending machine in front of the elevator.
The view from the room I stayed in is good, and the Eiffel Tower is also visible from the rooftop.
Location is about 5 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge, Cafe de Doo Moulin (so-called Ameli Cafe), the nearest metro station and Pharmacy. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Sacre Cool Temple.
If you stay near Montmartre again, I would like to use it.
GGuest UserA small hotel with excellent location!
You can walk quietly to many places. The room is small but quite comfortable, everything you need is available.
