Facilities: Very complete, with a swimming pool and spa on the underground first floor Hygiene: The hotel is still very clean, and I won't comment on the outside of the hotel. The service is good and the room facilities are pretty good. There are complimentary wine and snacks. Emma, a Chinese staff member in charge of the Asian region, is very nice, very warm and attentive. The breakfast is average. The garden of the hotel's French food can see the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is very new and tidy inside and outside. Although the room with a balcony we stayed in was not big, it was very clean and tidy. The only drawback was that the bathroom seemed to have no heating supply, which would be very bad in winter. The location is very convenient, nearby Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Department Store are convenient for shopping. I will definitely stay there next time I come back👍👍👍

Very conveniently located in the Saint Germain area and within less than a 5 mins’ walk from the metro. Room size was larger than usual by Parisian hotel standards. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They even provided umbrellas when it rained.

This hotel has only been open for about a year and a half, and its facilities are relatively complete. The hotel staff was friendly, but I was a little disappointed that eggs were not included in the breakfast. The location of the hotel is also very convenient.

This hotel is the worst value for money hotel I've ever stayed in Paris, and the service is the most incredible and small. I called the airport service from the hotel. At that time, I was drinking at the Hemingway Bar in the Ritz Hotel, so I asked the hotel to put my luggage in the car and pick me up on the way. The hotel said that they would charge an additional 50 euro luggage fee 😹. If my things were picked up at another place, I would understand, but the car was directly from the hotel. I said I would never stay in this hotel again. The manager helped me cancel this fee, but I still find it incredible. The garden of the hotel restaurant is OK, but the food is very unpalatable. It's close to Avenue Montaigne, and it's petty!

The hotel is strategically located on a quiet street just 6 minutes from the Eiffel Tower on foot. I would like to mention Ruiz for his impeccable attention to our family. He called us taxis, made reservations for us at a magnificent restaurant next door, and was attentive throughout our stay. With hotels like this, it is impossible not to stop traveling!!
