I booked through Trip.com with a discounted rate, hotel gave me a downstairs room whose window faced the main street, with people walking and noise, I asked if I could change it to another room due to light sleeper, but they mentioned because of the discounted rate is getting that room, they didn't sound very happy :( the bed wasn't ready with a quilt, pillow has some blood stain. Other than location, breakfast was alright, wasn’t very happy with the arrangement.

Pigalle
The hotel is wonderfully located with a 4 minute walk to thr moulin rouge. Not only that it's located in a very busy parisian suburb, some comments complain about the noise below but that's the sound of the lively bustling Paris one should enjoy while on holiday. There are countless cafes nearby, underneath and all around that serve a variety of food. The room was tiny, if I was a solo guest it'd be satisfactory , but as I was sharing the room, it got a bit cramped. This was not too much of a problem and could be adjusted with perhaps a different room booked on my part. The bed was comfy, shower worked, although the bathroom was exceptionally small( it's one of those plastic bathrooms common in apartment to hotel conversions around Europe ) The breakfast online stated a continental breakfast, that'd be true if the continent in question was themed after a parisian bakery then that'd be accurate , because the breakfast only consisted of coffee or tea, juice, baguette , croissant and some cereals. Nothing more. While limited in options it was satisfactory and not a bad bread selection. The service was good and the atmosphere was friendly . Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !
Ibis Budget Paris Porte d'Orléans

About 500 meters from the subway station, the second last station on the 4th line, belonging to the subway line 1 area, buy the cheapest 1.9 subway ticket to the major attractions in the city of Paris (recommended to buy 10 a book at a time, an average of one Zhang 1.49), triple room, the room is quite small, only one box can be opened, the shower room and the bathroom are separated, the bathing room is not wrong, the bath room is too small, and the water leaks out, but the price is also in Paris. Can't ask too much. Breakfast 6 euros a person, croissants are delicious, there is a tram next to the subway station, a few stops to the Chinese area, there are many Chinese restaurants, but the Chinese area is more chaotic, more black people, more drunks, after eating black It’s better to go back to the hotel.

Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for. Location is not great, it is a very deprived area with a lot of homeless people on the streets and quite unclean. Would not recommended for solo travellers. Hotel itself was pretty basic no kettle or hairdryer in the room but the staff were friendly and helpful.
D'win Hotel - Paris Marais

Le Marais
It was very good. The person at the front desk spoke English and had a great atmosphere. There's no elevator, but can I help you carry your luggage? Thank you for your concern. The room was very clean and the view of the Marais path was nice from the room I stayed in. It also has good access, taking less than 3 minutes on foot from Hôtel de Virage station (depending on the exit), and less than 10 minutes to Notre Dame Cathedral in the direction of the Seine. It is within walking distance to tourist attractions such as Opéra Garnier, Lafayette, Place de la Concorde, and the Louvre Museum. (We took a 30 minute walk while looking at the city) We were also able to drink coffee and tea for free in the hall. There is no freezer. The toilet was also clean and I was able to flush toilet paper. The floor of the shower had a step below ankle height, but with a shower curtain, there was no problem with water splashing around.

The hotel is close to Simplon metro station, so it was easy to reach by public transportation. Service was amazing and I felt welcome my whole stay. Room was clean. I stayed in the single room at it was spacious enough for one person. If I visit Paris again, I would definitely stay here!
