Not a lot of space in the bathroom, other than that - no complaints.
The fan in the room was a saviour! Location is pretty nice - there's a big beautiful park near the hotel!
The room was clean, good service and the location is easily accessible to metro lines. But the walls wasn’t soundproof as the hotel claimed i could hear people next room talking laughing and watching the TV. Overall considering to the price it’s still worth to visit
Not a bad hotel. Great location. Convenient transport hub. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance. The rooms are very small and there are no hygiene products. Overall, it's quite possible to stay for a couple of days.
It was a very nice location to stay. Eiffel was just 20 mins walk away. Other places was also easily walkable. The area is very peaceful.
The transportation is also very accessible. Main thing is the owners are very helpful and kind.
Location: 2 minutes walk from Porte d’Aubervillies, Metro Station No. 12. Since it is very close to the metro, you can hear the sound of the metro running in the room (even though my room is on the top 7th floor). The hotel is about half an hour away from the city center by metro.
Service: The front desk staff is very friendly, providing free luggage storage, and a filtered water purifier for free water.
I booked a single room and was arranged on the 7th floor. However, the hotel's elevator can only go up to the 6th floor. If you have large luggage, you need to carry it to the last floor by yourself.
This hotel is very in line with my needs. Quiet and hygienic. The transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to the two airports or major attractions. Since the whole environment is very good in the residential area of the 15th district, the staff is very warm. Although the room is not big, there are facilities and kettles. The bathroom door also made an art mirror beautiful and practical. I felt beyond my expectations!
I only stayed here during my 2 nights and 3 days trip to Paris. When I woke up on the first day, I got a bug bite on my neck, but I thought it wasn't a bed bug. But after a while, the saliva spread to my arms. Stayed here and was bitten by a bed bug. I tried to save money in a cheap place, but only the treatment fee went several times.
If you don't want to be like me, find a clean place even if you pay a little more.
The location is good because it is in the heart of Paris. You can get to major attractions in a short time by subway. However, the facilities are old and lacking in many things. There is a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. There is a microwave and the Wi-Fi is good. The staff is very friendly. The heating is also good.
I have stayed in many four-star hotels in Paris. As a four-star hotel, this one is not up to the standard. Apart from a bottle of hand soap, shower gel and water, there are no other basic supplies, including a refrigerator. The most outrageous thing is that the dirty towels thrown on the floor of the bathtub were not replaced and hung up for us (see the photos, this is the hotel's own rule). If I hadn't noticed the wet feeling, I wouldn't have known it. Don't use the slogan of environmental protection to cheat tourists. Treating guests like home should be the basic creed of the hotel. I've stayed at quite a few 4 stars hotels in Paris, and this one doesn't live up to its four-star rating. Besides hand soap, shower gel, and a single bottle of water, there were no basic amenities provided—not even a minibar. The most absurd thing was that our used towels, which we had left on the bathroom floor because they were dirty, were simply hung back up without being replaced. (see the photo which in the both room 'wall,) If I hadn't noticed they were damp, I wouldn't have realized. Hiding behind Environmental slogans shouldn't come at the expense of guests' comfort. Making guests feel at home should be the core principle of any hotel.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in Paris! On the first day, I thought that the hotel would not take the initiative to clean, and I did not ask for cleaning, thinking that the room would not be too messy. As a result, after a day of playing, I returned to the room and found that the room had been cleaned neatly, and I was in a good mood! I stayed for 5 consecutive nights, and they helped me clean it spotlessly every day. The front desk staff and hotel staff are very friendly. This is a photo I took when the front desk brother was heating up my food. For your reference, the facilities are well placed and clean. You can also store your luggage, and the staff are always enthusiastic to help you! Although the room is small, it is enough for 2 people. The bathroom is not crowded and there is a small table for eating. The room planning is good.
GGuest UserAfter encountering last-minute issues with an online booking platform, we desperately needed accommodation in Paris. Fortunately, Hôtel Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle had availability, and we booked on the spot without any research – a decision we're incredibly grateful for.
From check-in onwards, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and efficient, the location excellent with convenient Eiffel Tower area access and good transport connections. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities.
The hotel maintained reliable Mercure standards with thoughtful touches that made our spontaneous stay feel special. Service was attentive without being intrusive, creating exactly the atmosphere we needed after our stressful booking situation.
This last-minute accommodation turned out better than many carefully researched hotels. The experience transformed a travel headache into a Paris visit. We'd definitely stay here again – next time by choice rather than necessity.
Highly recommended for reliable, quality Paris accommodation.
CChuaaaaaIt is located at the 15 arrondissment, a fairly quieter and safe area in paris! the hotel is just less than 5mins walk from the metro. The room is bigger than i expected and all the facilities look new. I was pleasantly surprise by the room as it has a balcony which you can go out. As a solo traveller i felt quite safe since the police station is just opposite. Vaugiraud station is on the Line 12 of the metro which is easy to access to most of the attraction. Lastly, the staffs are extremely helpful and pleasant which makes my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend
AAngelica71Stayed during Olympics, fantastic location near to south Paris arena. Quite spacious room compared to other hotels in Paris. The only thing I would suggest to improve is that only two bottles of complementary water were given to a room accommodate four and refused to provide more when asking. You need to get to the bar on ground floor to buy.
GGuest UserThe hotel is the right choice for those who want to use public transportation in terms of location. The hotel staff is extremely helpful. It is also very nice to have complimentary coffee, fruit juice and tea drinks in the rooms and to have them repeated every day. We never felt cold on cold days and the beds were very comfortable.
AAnonymous UserFantastic choice for those wanting to stay close to the Eiffel Tower—it’s just a short walk away! The location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. A great option for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!
AAnonymous UserI booked the room with the view and the view i got! Loved it and enjoyed it a lot. Room has everything you need.
As for the location i think its good if you are on business trip, metro just 5min walking distance, however if you are traveling for the first time i think not the best location, because most of the touristy loc are not in this area. However great stay! Thanks
GGuest UserThe WORST experience in Paris. When i arrived at the hotel, there was nobody there. I called the hotel and they say i need to take car and visit their office which is 20-30 minutes far away from the hotel by car. (Which is 40-60 minutes round trip by car! ) i said we have 4 luggages and they just say there is NO way but to visit their office. They keep reject the cancel and refund. I waited 60 minutes on the road but no solution so i got to other hotel nearby. I finally i payed all the hotel fee without even entering the room!!!! Ignorant and arrogant workers! Very dissapointed and upset!!
VVincyLeeThe hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings. Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel.
Room is clean, the kitchen is nice and well equipped. Perfect for 2 people, couple or family. Staff are helpful and efficient.
