I checked in at the hotel and entered the room. The toilet was dirty. I don’t know if it was the previous guest who used the toilet or the cleaning lady. Anyway, it was dirty. I was too tired and just wanted to rest, but I also felt that I had to go downstairs to speak French again. I didn’t know about this. I just endured it and flushed the toilet myself. This was a sign of poor hygiene. At night, I found that the door didn’t even have a safety lock. I felt so insecure that I blocked the door with a chair, but in fact it still worked. I didn't dare to sleep. In the middle of the night, I heard a lot of noise downstairs. It was the loud noise of some drunk men and women. The windows were not soundproof at all, so I didn't sleep all night. I couldn't do my work the next day. The next day I knew that the location of this hotel was in ***. I asked the hotel to refund me the room fee for another night. I didn’t want to stay there anymore, but the hotel said I couldn’t refund. I said I could just change the room. The hotel said it was fully booked. Anyway, the service attitude of the hotel is extremely bad. I don’t know if it’s the attitude towards Chinese people or what. Anyway, they won’t help you solve your problem at all. Because I have been in the hotel industry before and often stay in hotels outside, including when going to Paris. It’s not just once or twice, but this hotel makes me feel that it’s not worthy of the price in terms of hygiene, service, location or environment. It’s really rubbish. I just want to give it zero points.

The location of the hotel is unique. It takes only three to five minutes to walk to the Champs-Elysées. Shopping is very convenient. The subway 🚇, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets around the hotel are all within a few minutes' walk. The staff are friendly, the hardware facilities are complete, and the room decoration is elegant, especially the small retro elevator 🛗 is super handsome.

The service is perfect, a small gift is delivered to the room every day and the room is much larger than other hotels. The location is near Xiang Street, which is very suitable for shopping. But I'm not sure if it's because of gastroenteritis and diarrhea for 2 days after eating the hotel steak, so the food still needs to be improved. Except the food was really perfect!
