This hotel is located in the 14th district of Paris. The public security is good and the surrounding facilities are also good. Bus No. 62 and No. 58 can reach it. The subway is a little far away. There are not many businesses nearby. There are three or four restaurants. It is a bit noisy downstairs at night. It is not easy to fall asleep if you live on the second floor. However, if you go to bed after 12 o'clock or 1 o'clock, it should not affect you. The staff at the counter don't speak English very much. This seems to be common in France. Be prepared.

Hello, A tourist tax requested by the hotel establishment is different from the one indicated on the Trip.com invoice. Furthermore, when I politely pointed this out to the receptionist, he told me that I had to pay in cash and that if I wasn't satisfied, the door was open. Sincerely,

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile je l’aurais fais sans hésiter. Déjà la taxe de séjour de 6.50€ doit absolument être payé en espèce alors que sur internet il y a écrit qu’à l’hôtel vous pouvez régler via Mastercard, visa et espèce. Seulement quand vous arrivez à « l’accueil », impossible de régler en carte. Mon conjoint a dû faire 30min à pied dans le quartier pour trouver un distributeur ouvert à 23H. Chambres soit disant propres. Draps avec des taches de sang et des taches non identifiés. Poussière partout. Calcaire datant de la préhistoire partout dans la douche. Des poils partout dans le lit. Ça m’a gratter de partout toute la nuit. Je ne comprend pas comment on peut vendre une nuit dans ce taudis pour plus de 60€, même 20€ aurait été bien trop généreux. L’établissement devrait être fermé depuis longtemps. Honte aux propriétaires.

I found this hotel in an emergency and would have preferred not to come across it... Clean and sober in appearance, I discovered an overheated and untidy room although the cleaning had been done: net curtains, shower curtain, stained bed base, a bathroom that needed refreshing... Poorly soundproofed, I hardly slept (blows, voices, TV, food smells...) To top it all off, a small, very "nice" cockroach farm that made me book another hotel immediately. Small positive point: when I was leaving, I shared my disappointment with the receptionist who still tried to find me another room. Thanks but NO THANKS! I would have appreciated a gesture with a refund for the second night that I spent elsewhere.

A night of itching and bodies pockmarked with bites upon waking reveal a severe bedbug infestation! Judging by the reviews posted at least in 2022, this major sanitation problem seems to be recurring, without likely worrying the managers who have therefore taken no action since then to remedy it. Hardly surprised when it was reported, they showed neither embarrassment nor shame, offered no apologies and simply said that they would "report" the problem. SCANDALOUS. Unheard of in France and in Paris! Not to mention the non-existence of Wi-Fi on the floors, contrary to the assurances of the managers who do not bother to check for themselves despite our repeated requests. This hotel does not deserve any stars, it must absolutely be in the sights of the hygiene services. RUN AWAY!!!!
