The hotel is located about 6 minutes away from the metro. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Staff is welcoming and helpful too.
But the breakfast is not as good as what people commented online, very limited options, and the mushrooms were not washed properly and got sand in it.
Washroom and bathroom are separated, which is a bit inconvenient. In the bathroom at the wash basin, there is a small platform on top of the basin, so when you wash your face, you can't get close to the basin and water splash everywhere.

The location might look a little far from action but Montparnasse is actually quite a quaint and lively area on its on. The hotel is near Gaite metro and it's surrounded nearby with lots of asian and local cafes, as well as a laundromat (though it cost a bomb to do self laundry in France). I felt safe when I walked home from the metro at night. The room is air-conditioned, very important since I was there during the hottest week of the year just last week, spacious enough for two and comes with free tea bags as well as a drinking bottle you can fill up as you wished. This feature was a god-send as you know how expensive water can get in Europe. Overall I'm happy, except only for the fact that the provided breakfast is THE SAME EVERYDAY. Though delicious, I highly recommend you only pay and eat when you feel like it.

Excellent hotel very well situated near Monparnase station snd conected will all amenities by metro, bus or train.. Underground parking with elevator to the room.
