Best hotel so far in Paris. It’s always hard to find a hotel in Paris under our budget. But this time we were really happy about the hotel. The location is great, surrounded by great cafe and stores. The view in our hotel is excellent, so beautiful on the balcony, though it’s a tiny one. It’s not a big room but comfortable. Paris hotel is always so tiny. Service is great, open places look nice. We did have time to try the bar and restaurant in the hotel they look good. We will come back next time when we visit Paris.

這家酒店，位置、房間條件還有服務，都還説得過去。但對於想要睡覺的遊客來説，這個地方根本沒辦法保證我們能睡着（都不用説睡個好覺，這可是最最基本、絕不能打折扣的責任）。每週五到週日晚上 10 點到凌晨 2 點，酒店一樓附屬的酒吧一直放着 DJ 音樂，客房裡平均噪音達到了 58 到 60 分貝。這啥概念呢？就跟音樂就在你房間裏的藍牙音響放沒差。這噪音值，遠遠超出了世界衞生組織建議的夜間卧室 30 分貝以下的標準，更是比咱們中國《民用建築隔聲設計規範》裏規定的酒店客房夜間噪聲限值 35 分貝還高出了 1.7 倍。
更讓人心裏窩火的是酒店的處理態度。酒店和酒吧都屬於同一個集團旗下運營的不同業態，照理説，相互之間的協調應該比普通商業合作更順暢、更高效才對。可我連着三次夜裡投訴，換來的就只有值班經理一句“會跟酒吧溝通”的敷衍承諾。實際再一測，所謂的“音量調整”，就衹讓噪音降了 2 分貝，從 60 分貝變成 58 分貝，這有啥用啊？既然酒店要同時經營容易起沖突的不同業態，那在隔音措施上就得比行業一般標準更嚴格，就像四星級酒店，普遍都要求客房噪音值控制在 45 分貝以下。
參照國際酒店行業的一些成功做法，這兒給兩個馬上就能落地施行的解決辦法：
一是按照《旅遊飯店星級的劃分與評定》的要求，給酒吧區安裝上通過 GB/T 19889 認證的隔音聲閘，把聲音先擋一擋，或者給可能影響的房間放3M耳塞也行啊！
二是學學萬豪集團《娛樂綜合體管理手冊》裏的做法，一個四星級酒店，把酒吧大聲放音樂搞活動的時段嚴格限定在晚上 11 點半之前，別折騰得客人睡不着覺。
最後也給各位想要安安穩穩睡個好覺、舒舒服服休息一下的旅客提個醒，週末花個2000+一晚，這家酒店可別選，每到週末，它就不是什麼國立工藝美術酒店（Hôtel National Des Arts et Métiers），簡直就是個“國立工藝美術夜店”（Club National Des Arts et Métiers）。
