the hotel concept is interesting but not my favorite, I don't like to sleep in non ironed bed cover, not just because of look but because ironing is killing bacteria.
Another chapter is about towels, they provide just few and you have to make request for additional , no toothbrush , toothpaste is provided, first time for a 4 stars hotel.
we liked the design , the restaurant , the silence and the employees .

The guys in the lobby are very good service when you need a taxi or a club coffee or whatever they will always give best suggestion or advisement

Very upset that while raining and had to go to a nearby hospital as they knew, they charged me 30 euros for the hotel’s umbrella which I left behind with them anyway

The location is near a metro station though quite far from everything else. The kitchen is open for your easy snacks or foods from outside.

Hotel bom, com quarto pequeno mas muito bem estruturado, banheiro excelente.
Vista do quarto para torre eiffel.
Parte ruim que o hotel tinha em 2019, cafe da tarde com varios itens croissant, queijos etc.. que nao existe mais.
Tinha refrigerante, agua, suco, mas nao existe mais.
Somente um cafe com bolachas.
Funcionarios educados, as meninas do atendimento sao.otimas,
excetuando a gerencia do restaurante.
Tivemos episodio desagradavel.com a gerencia que veio nos interpelar e cobrar o cafe da manha apos as 10:20hs , horario que ja havia terminado o cafe da manha, sendo que so tinha restos que foram deixados pelos hospedes, e que nao era mais reposto.
Avisamos que nao iamos tomar cafe da manha, disseram.que nao era mais cobrado apos as 10:00hs e mesmo assim fomos interpelados pela gerencia para passar o numero do quarto e cobrar .
No final nao fomos cobrados, mas nao foi uma experiencia agradavel.
