OK hotel, the Mr at reception is pleasant but 6 floors without elevator and no curtains on the windows.

It's quite different from the picture, the floor is dirty and the sound insulation is very poor. Booking on Ctrip is 300 yuan more expensive than Tongcheng. Value for money, very low comfort. Not recommended, too far from the station.
