Very calm and beautiful garden same as YouTube. It has also air conditioned. Highly recommend to stay and it has good connections to Metro and supermarket (ALDI) is available. You can use open kitchen (microwave, inductions)

What a great property to stay and sleep in! The place was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are big, and the bed was comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We had no problem getting a cab, and the subway was very close by. We had a great stay!

From a rather auspicious start but arriving at some old wooden doors with a tiny sign once through the 2 security doors you find a new hotel over a few floors that is modern with a Japanese twist. The room was well appointed with an automatic toilet. We never used the shared kitchen but sounded like it would be well stocked st breakfast time

A real gem in a local area of Paris. Very well kitted out with some nice bespoke touches. The beds were very comfy and shower powerful. Quiet and set in nice garden courtyard. The area has good local restaurants and it is near the metro stop. Will be back.

Das Hotel ist so unscheinbar hinter einem roten Tor versteckt, dass ich es zunächst gar nicht gefunden habe. Ohne Code kommt man auch gar nicht hinein. Den bekommt man vorab per Email. Das Hotel selbst ist nur stundenweise besetzt. Das Personal ist fantastisch. Leider spricht kaum jemand eine andere Sprache als französisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, dabei sehr individuell eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Ausreichend Frühstück mit persönlichem Service. Das Hotel liegt in einer lebhaften Umgebung, trotzdem hört man hinter den dicken Mauern kaum etwas vom Verkehr. Die Metro-Station Alexandre Dumas bringt einen ohne Umsteigen zum Triumphbogen. Nicht ganz günstig, aber ich würde es wieder buchen.

Excellent séjour
Niché au fonds d'une cour, donc au calme, c'est un lodge très moderne avec des chambres spacieuses et très propres. Nous avons apprécié le très bon accueil et le petit déjeuner.
Sans hésiter, nous recommandons fortement et reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Paris
