Really nice room, nice pool and excellent service

The hotel is in a great location, everything is close, but the rooms are terrible - the room area is large (our room was 40 square meters), but it is used absolutely inefficiently. The furniture (and it is minimal and absolutely uncomfortable) and the renovations are from the 70s; the photos do not convey the reality. The service is excellent, there is nothing to complain about. The bathroom in the room looks more modern, but the room itself is terrible. Disappointment(((

In line with the price, the location is good and shopping is very convenient!

Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and serviced exceptionally by the front desk (thanks to Cindy and her colleague). From bringing my bags up, to delivering my takeout, this hotel really took care of me. It is a convenient location for shopping and felt very safe to stay at, even solo. Will be coming back soon!

The Hotel Saint-Marc was fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful. I loved the art deco style in the rooms. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Paris. It’s not a far walk from the metro and it’s easy to get around.

I hope this was a rare event but it has only one elevator and it was broken for several days. The staff did help guests carry their luggage up and down. The property really needs a second elevator.

The hoteliers were very kind and Hotel Saint-Marc has good sauna facilities.

Room clean and bedding luxurious. Staff accommodating and pleasant. Location great for us. Only complaint was broken ice machine and lack of ice. Coffee service in the morning was really nice.

Staff is outstanding and friendly! Breakfast is great! Quiet hotel - surprising as it’s in a nice walkable location. issue was being on the 5th floor with another elevator that wasn’t working. lol - seems to be a trend for us. Staff did take our luggage up - very appreciated! Would stay again and would recommend.

Well positioned - close to shopping and a 20-25 minute walk to the river ... but nice and quiet. Nice rooms, friendly staff, petit dejeuner in a quaint wee courtyard.

Absolutely delightful hotel. Very Art Deco interior. Just stunning. Beautiful eateries near by. 1 minute walk to Metro. Located in beautiful Parisian area/architecture. Staff are very helpful. Very professional and kind. Will certainly return
