Had a 7 month pregnant girlfriend and took 2-3 hours to retrieve an extra pillow after asking 5 times being nice everyone until the last time. My girlfriend can’t lay flat on her back as it’s dangerous during pregnancy, she became extremely distressed around 1am and she walked out the hotel, I had to go & chase her & I had to kick off with staff until FINALLY they gave us an extra pillow & I demanded an apology. Never been so disgusted in my life, I never leave reviews either but this was definitely the worst holiday experience of my life so rude.

Plus sides are Hotel is close to Metro ( 3 mins walk ) Quite modern and spacious. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Minus points were bathroom was not a bathroom at all but a cubicle about 1m2. Breakfast was included but horrific. The worst coffee I think I ever had in my whole life ( and I’ve drunk a lot of coffee ). I took one sip and left the rest. Tasted like frothy dishwater. Staff were very unfriendly. At breakfast there were a bunch of guys just standing there staring angrily at the customers. I think they were guarding the machine that made drinkable coffee as when I approached it one guy stopped me and said “NO” and pointed towards the machine that made the dishwater. Breakfast was possibly the worst I’ve seen in any hotel and that was before I tasted the coffee. The worst thing though was the lack of any protection against the stifling heat in our room. The bed was equipped with a thick winter duvet and there was no Aircon or even a fan in the room. The temperature in the room was over 30 degrees so needless to say we hardly got any sleep at all . When we checked out, I tried to hand over our room key and the receptionist just shook her head, pointed to the box for the returned keys then returned to her Instagram or whatever she was doing.

we visited this hotel with a big group of friends and it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. the staff barely spoke english and did not help us with almost anything. they were rude and not helpful. the rooms were dirty had dust on the floor and the bathrooms have no toilet and hard to manage showers. the walls were moldy and spiders were everywhere. even for that price i would NOT recommend, im pretty sure i can find better places for that price. we paid 90€ each for 3 nights with breakfast, but the breakfast option was just inedible. the elevator was making sounds that did not sound good. THE WORST thing happened when one of my friends stuff went missing and the whole hotel would not cooperate with us and neither would the police.

We made the mistake of asking reception to book us a taxi for a ten minute journey to the jearest traon station. The company they used is clearly a scam, as they charged us 80euros for a 10 minute drive and said that this is because they are a private company. Clearly this taxi firm is a scam, and we were left with no choice but to pay as the taxi driver became aggressive when we asked why it was so much money for such a short journey. We were robbed essentially. Besides being scammed, the room was really awful, with a very strange bathroom. A hotel I would strongly recommend that you avoid.

I booked a double room with single beds and bathroom for three nights in September. The hotel is far from the centre, but is still close to two different metro stops and a couple of bus stops, making it easy to reach the main attractions in twenty-thirty minutes. Quite convenient to reach also from Orly airport by choosing the cheapest solution (tram 7 - brown to Villejuif then change to metro 7 - pink, about an hour's journey). On the ground floor there are some vending machines (food, water, various items), useful in case of emergency. The bathroom, as stated at the time of booking, is little, ship's cabin style, anyway it was larger than I expected. To take a shower there is a curtain that prevents the toilet/sink from getting wet, keeping in mind that the floor will still get wet. The buffet breakfast offers yogurt, milk, cereals, boiled eggs, cooked ham, bread to toast, jams, butter, croissants and mini baguettes (of the latter two you can take a piece each per person) and there is a hot drinks dispenser. One towel per person + one mat are provided in the room, the towels were changed every day. I will definitely keep the hotel in mind for the future if I return to Paris.

I give 5, because service - money is in this case honest. We hand a nice very simple room, but we expected that. The breakfast was very nice, working staff at breakfast was very nice and friendly. Location was also nice, close to metro. The only thing we did not have air conditioner, but we opened the window at night and it was fine .

Hotel to avoid. I slept 6 nights in a small room infested with bedbugs, it was a real invasion, there were bedbugs everywhere, I have bites all over my body. The reception staff were rude, incompetent and unpleasant. The rooms are very noisy, you can't sleep. Avoid at all costs, run away!!!

Hotel that welcomes school groups during the week. Impressive noise in the corridors in the evening regardless of the age of the children (primary or secondary school students run, shout and slam the doors) and at breakfast if you are there at the same time as them. Even when you ask for a quiet room when booking for health reasons, your request is not respected. On the other hand, a colleague stayed there on the weekend: it is very quiet and without any problems. I also confirm the very early morning noise of the delivery truck+++ If you have the windows open you will also have the noise of the tram passing in front of the hotel. An effort should be made for friendliness at the reception who completely ignore your comments.
