I booked two nights in Villa M, unfortunately the staff not allow me to go to level 8 the rooftop, after I strongly requested, they said I can go up for 5 mins. Nice place with very good male staff however not female staff.

Room keeper is attentive to details, and did pretty good job on cleaning. Staffs are caring and very friendly. We booked a taxi to the airport when leaving, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time. The staff hired another one for us immediately and help with the communication, which really save us from the hectic. The hotel itself is chic and close to the metro. There ’re many nice restaurants nearby the area. I’ll say we had a pleasant stay here and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The weather is good beyond imagination. Everything is going smoothly. God is with me and I wish everyone happiness and happiness The location is very good and safe, you can rest assured

The exterior wall is covered with green plants and is very recognizable. The restaurant on the ground floor is very design-conscious. The front desk and room staff are very willing to help guests. The room area is large in Paris, and the bathroom is particularly large. I use the unused area to spread out the suitcase. The bathtub and shower are separate, and the use of the area can be called luxurious. The balcony is also very large, with two pots of trees occupying one-third of the space. The lush plants are very unique, and you can see the Montparnasse Tower when you look up. There are two bottles of water in the minibar, a bottle of Badoit sparkling water, a bottle of Evian, two snacks, as well as capsule coffee machines and tea bags, all at no extra charge. The soundproofing is very good, and the balcony glass door is closed to isolate the sound of the motorcycle downstairs. There is a roofbar on the top floor, where you can enjoy the Paris skyline and have a great view. The hotel front desk verbally wished us a happy wedding when we checked out, and the instructions were noted, but there was no decoration or gift. The room card is very unique and I have collected it.

The very unique hotel design style, coupled with some detailed interior design, makes the whole hotel look very stylish and detailed. It is worth learning some of these design elements.

Hygiene: Hygiene is really clean Facilities: The soundproofing on the street is very noisy. It’s very noisy. Special thanks to Ctrip for assisting with the room change. But unfortunately, it’s still very noisy. There are cars coming and going. Environment: The room is pretty good! But also because it faces the street and there is a gas station on the street, the whole room has a strong smell of car exhaust. Service: The service was really bad. There was a black man wearing glasses on the night shift. There was no shampoo in the room. After sending it once, he found that there was no paper and he said that he would not send it. He had to go down to get it because he was the only one. When he went down, he found that there was clearly some at the front desk. Other staff then had a very bad attitude and asked me why I didn't also say that confirming that there was shampoo and paper in the room should not be a basic room inspection! Guest accommodation to help the hotel confirm whether there is paper and shampoo? It is also very inconvenient for you to take a taxi and park your car, and there is no one to help you with your luggage (the hotel is downhill with steps)! Anyway, it was a torturous stay overall. Ctrip is very responsible and the hotel service is 0

The front desk service was very good. When I was leaving, I found that my ID had been left in the hotel safe, and the front desk found it within half an hour.
