The front desk lady was very friendly and helped us find a nearby laundromat. The area is very safe, so we could return to the hotel at night without worrying about the surroundings.

一間細酒店，前台只有一個人上班，感覺每晚都唔同。當中有一個高瘦老頭，見過2晚，佢特別惡，特別無禮貌。12點後唔比我離開酒店，好似要佢批准先可以出街咁，超級過份。 鎖住我喺酒店裏面，要聽完佢講所有嘢先放我出去。仲同我講，聽晚唔俾我返嚟住。真心顛，我比錢都唔比住，真心唔明點解要聽佢講廢話。唔會再住。

No for business
This was a mainly business trip. This is not a hotel for business.
One night and morning it was not hot water.
Every night I had a cigarette smell coming into my room. No action taken from front desk.

All the luxary brand stores were less than 20min away from walking. The train was 3min by walking. This location is more for friends or partners not really for family.
