I stayed at this hotel in Paris and was very disappointed with the experience. When I booked, I had requested two rooms for three adults and a 1-year-old child, also sending a request for a baby cot via the booking app. Three days before our arrival, I repeated this request. However, upon arrival, the welcome was not particularly warm. I mentioned that I had requested a crib and was informed that it would not fit in the room we had booked. We were offered to upgrade to a larger room, but with a supplement of €30, which seems unfair and strange to me. It is difficult to understand why we had to pay extra simply because the crib did not fit in the original room. In the end, we refused the upgrade and they simply placed the crib next to the bed. In addition, part of our double bed had to be wedged under the bedside table, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
