The staff at the hotel was friendly. The price for the accommodation was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was adequate for the price and sufficiently filling. The metro is near. Quiet area, traffic in front of the hotel not disturbing. We would stay there with pleasure again.

Clean hotel, but in scary unsafe area for female travelers. Across the street from homeless camp and we heard fighting and screaming in the streets from our room. Immediately left even though we were not able to get a refund.

Look, first of all this hotel just passes and gets 3 stars. The hotel is a walkable distance from Gare Du Nord (maybe 30 minutes?) and is close to other public transport. The main issue with the location was that the hotel is located in a pretty rough, dirty area, however if you don't mind that it's not bad. The room was a decent size but there was no air con. It was a little bit noisy at night, but again, it was not too bad. The room was at least clean. There is wifi as well. The staff were a mixture of friendly and rude. Just depended on who was working at the time. Do not get the breakfast. Although 9 Euro's sounds cheap, the breakfast is exactly that - cheap. It's basically bread, cereal and yogurt. Not worth it. As mentioned above this hotel gets a 3 star pass.

This is a really hard place to rate - the hotel is ok, a little basic, but trying very hard to please. However, the area it is in is abysmal. We booked it quickly without much research, mostly based on ********** rating of 7.4/10, and we arrived about 9pm on a July weekday with two small kids. There were ************ operating openly just down the street and about a 100 metres or so from the entrance 20+ homeless people living on stained mattresses under the overpass of Stalingrad tube station. The street was quite rowdy and did not feel safe. Thus, the hotel kept its front door locked and buzzed you in. We had to go out to eat, and walked about 20 mins south to get away from the worst of the area, but halfway through our meal a wild-haired and unwashed man leaned through the open window of the restaurant, naked to the waist and clearly stoned, asking for money. When I said no (I had only cards on me) he turned away and we saw the four open sores on his back, each about 2 inches wide. Not easy to explain to my kids. I have travelled regularly for my work for the last 17 years and have stayed in a wide variety of places, but can't recall ever staying anywhere more rough. The hotel is trying hard, and is ok - but do not come here in the evening with children. I think the surprisingly high 7.4/10 review comes about because the hotel are trying so hard, and there is no question asked here by ********** about the area the hotel is in, hence my middle voting all the way.

Pleasantly surprised. Didnt think based off the photos the hotel would be that good. Staff was great and helpful.

Do yourself a favour and don’t book this hotel. The location is absolutely horrific and honestly made us feel so unsafe! It calls itself a ‘hotel’ but you get directed down an alley to an outdoor courtyard where the dark, cold and dingy ‘apartments’ are located. It states on the website that their rooms are sound proof and oh my word could this be any more untrue!! We were kept awake all night long with noise from the other apartments and people smoking in the courtyard and then very early in the morning whilst the staff were preparing for breakfast. The breakfast is €9 per person which is robbery as it’s the most basic breakfast ever. Toilet didn’t flush properly and shower ran cold. We wanted to leave almost immediately after seeing our room but it was late so we endured the first night and checkout first thing in the morning to which we were declined a refund for the rest of our stay.

I booked the hotel room for my husband and he showed up and there was no room available. They said they called me but they never did. I have yet to get a refund.

We were really glad to stay there. Staff was really helpful from the booking until with kindly keeping our luggage after check in. Highlight to the recepcionist Mohamed, who was always very proactive. The cleaning service is perfect and the room is small but extremely comfortable. Only bad thing to say is that the neighborhood is not exaclty equal to what we expect to the touristic paris. However, the pizza restaurant close to there is good and has an amazing price (waaaay better than the restaurants close to the main attractions). Subway station is only few blocks away. Very good value for paris. Hope to stay there again.

A night spent with family (5) in July 2023. Impeccable room, bedding and shower. The rooms are very nice, large and clean. The only downside is the breakfast. We waited 30 minutes before a table was cleared so we could be seated, and there were no cups or bowls available. The buffet was empty (5 slices of bread and more pastries remained. We asked the waitress for cups but she told us that she had to wash those from the previous table and couldn't go any faster. Personally, I wonder how it could go slower! 15 minutes to change the refill of the fruit juice dispenser! In short, having reservations at a fixed time for museums we asked to be reimbursed and to leave without having these breakfasts. When we We left, that is to say 45 minutes after our arrival at breakfast, the people waiting behind us were still not served. It is totally unacceptable to wait 45 minutes for a buffet at a breakfast! This detail really ruined the very positive opinion we had of the hotel.
