Location is ok, near subway line 14 station, about 5 minutes by walking from hotel. But the housekeeping is not good, and there's no elevator, but stairs. Be careful is you stay at higher floors.

The room looks like it was in the last century, and the hotel management staff are also elderly people, but they are very attentive to serving customers. For the elderly, their services are even available 24 hours a day. The hotel's location is very good. If you don't recommend staying at home without air conditioning, then this is a very good choice. As for the lack of air conditioning, I think it's because the government doesn't allow some old buildings to install air conditioning

Great welcome

Clean room, comfortable bedding, hotel in need of a facelift. No air conditioning, no elevator (steep spiral staircase), and lots of little details to fix (plumbing, peeling paint and tired carpet). Very "little" breakfast. But the staff is adorable and available.

Contrary to what is indicated in the ad, parking is chargeable and I was asked to pay it in cash. Ditto for the payment of breakfasts. The blanket on our child's bed was worn, stained and had holes from cigarette burns. Our room was not made for the last night we spent there. The cleaning lady showed up at 7:00 p.m. to change our towels. And finally, no Check out and therefore no invoice at the end of the stay.

Deplorable reception. Filthy bedding. Carpet that is probably over 40 years old. Unsanitary toilet and shower. Dangerous electrical outlets because of apparent connection. No air conditioning, no elevator, no soundproofing. All this for 120 euros. In short save yourself 😡

The welcome is friendly. The doors of the rooms are decorated with the image of rock albums.... This hotel has very little soundproofing from the street, it's not from the PVC window frames, but from the walls that seem porous. It's clean, the bedding is average, it's a small 2 star with basic bathroom. where the essential is present.

I booked this hotel for a small solo weekend in Paris, very charming and welcoming, the room was only spacious, but also with a spectacular view of the surroundings from a small juliette balcony. Very cozy and informal. ideal for a less expensive Parisian solo-stay, not far from restaurants, parks, pars and bakeries!
