After arriving to the hotel at 12 to leave our luggage before the check in,
We came at 15.00, to take our room and put our luggage, the hotel receptionist was weird saying mais on a plus de chambre double after having confirmed to me the reservation of a double chamber, as he was very disappointed that we said to him that this work is unprofessional, he found us a room like we wanted but starting to talk alone, and saying that what can he do and this is not his problem and addressed my friend in a very disappointed and not very friendly way claiming to her that he's not even talking to her.
The point is that the service was bad there's one person that doesn't know how to talk with people and how to make wrong things pass smoothly, as he's always making the same mistake in everything you ask, but the rest was good, the room was clean not enough to get 5/5 but 3.
No tissues in the room except the ones in the toilet.
No shampoo except two small packs.
You can hear everything happening in the hotel due to the thin walls.

Nice place for the price. Very friendly but not a great neighbourhood to stay unless you’re on a tight budget .

Good spot but the room are a bit old in the bedding used and its very noisy in the morning lobby, a lot of arguments happens with the traveller and the front desk.

Hotel staff is very helping and its a good budgeted stay. Regular cleaning and reasonable breakfast however location is bit shady.

We had a mistake booking our nights with them on the wrong date which non modifiable but they were kind enough to rebook it for free. They were so kind esp Bruno.
We booked the hotel as we thought we would be getting off at Paris Nord which is near to the hotel but again our poor planning we arrived at Paris Orly so the hotel is a bit far to most of the touristic spots but Bruno was helpful to direct where to spend our tight schedule.
May I just suggest to replace the pillows as they are already worn out

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very centrally located, just a stones throw away from the Metro. We enjoyed an amazing view too. The pictures don't do the hotel justice. My only gripe is that instead of supplying proper shower gel/bodywash they just give tidy 10ml packets. We were 2 people staying for 2 nights and this just simply wasn't enough. Housekeeping did not replenish them.

The hotel staff is very unfriendly! At the end of the first day's stay, their housekeeper broke something in the bathroom. They wrongly accused us of breaking their stuff and made us pay 250 euros. It was 500 euros at the beginning. I admit that we were in the bathroom that night. The clothes were washed in the room, the carpet was wet, and the carpet was dried after airing. We were also willing to pay some compensation, but the hotel asked for 500 euros in compensation, which I couldn't accept. It was Ctrip staff who helped coordinate , it was reduced to 250 euros. The next morning, something unpleasant happened again. When we went out to play, we saw the cleaning staff and told them that our room did not need to be cleaned and there was no need to clean it!
