Very friendly staff and somewhat luxurious lobby for the price. The rooms were quite small but still worth it. The toilet was a bit smelly and the loud noise of Chinese tourists couldn’t be stopped by the staff and the walls. I think overall, the hotel is more like 2-3-star despite the 4-star status. Recommend for low budget tourists.

We were extremely impressed with the service and warm welcome by the front desk staff. Also noted was the wonderful breakfast hostess who greeted us every morning with her smile and pleasant good morning. This is our second time staying at the hotel and will not be the last. The room was for a triple and very spacious for the two of us. We purchased a nice bottle of red wine and the wonderful night front desk managed to find us 2 wine glasses and even opened the bottle for us. Nice view from our room of the front street.

The hotel is terrible, smelly, you can see dust in the corners of the carpet, the cupboard is old and smelly, I found a hair on the bed when I was about to sleep, which made me feel sleep in a real dirty sheets. Besides the night shift receptionist was very rude when I ask him to get me cutlery and the then ask a plate that he didn’t bring with the cutlery as all the 5 and 4 stars do, he reply “je n ai pas affaire qu a toi” with rudeness and anger because he was busy watching a football game. I booked for 4 nights but slept only that night and the left as I wok up. It was was a dirty disgusting bad one night stay.

We had a really good stay, but this hotel is not a 4 star one. The reception area is beautiful but the room was old. Amenities were poor, no frigobar. To sleep and go out just fine. Breakfast ok.
