Austin's Saint Lazare Hotel Reviews

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. facilities were great, neatly arranged and unique. The hotel is in central Paris and it is just a few minutes to the Gare Saint Lazare metro station. I liked the street view, Hey wait! Did I mention breakfast? Oh my, Breakfast was sumptuous; I liked the butter croissants the most😋😋. The service was great too. I might come back again for sure ✔️ 👌🏿

The location is great , 2 mins to the train and walking distance to shopping mall n many nice restaurants near by The room is small but comfy For the breakfast is simple,nice atmosphere but pretty packed after 9 , I had once couldnt get a table

The hotel location is good. Many Asian food restaurant nearby. The room is too small, not enough space to open 2 luggage at the same time. The air conditioner would turn off automatically during the night, have to switch it on time to time.

There is no daily room cleaning at all, the surrounding traffic is developed, and there are various roads and department stores for entertainment. Summer prices, not even a bottle of water in the room, poor value for money.

The hotel is old-fashioned, similar to a hotel. The room uses a key instead of a key card. The key card would be better, but the staff are very friendly and willing to help, but the lift space is very small, and the breakfast area is also small. It is difficult to turn around, and the choice is small , the room is also very small, the gip cannot be fully opened, but the bathroom is clean, but there is no refrigerator in the room, which is not convenient.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are a bit small but other than that, very clean. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice but monotonous. Great location, metro right next to the hotel. We are very pleased.

一開始安排的單人間非常小，而且很黑採光不好在二樓，走廊沒有燈也不像圖片展示的有浴缸，洗澡無法轉身 後來要求換了四層房間，整體好了一些，位置很好，小巴黎基本都能走到。

방은 많이 작지만 혼자 유럽여행하는 사람에게 최적의 장소이다 정말 기차역과 가까워서 짐 놓고 바로 놀러 나갈 수 있고 데스크 직원으 매우 친절하다. 생각보다 깔끔~

不錯不錯不錯

This hotel is advertised as a 3 star hotel and I would rate as slightly above. Staff friendly and helpful. While the rooms are small it was adequate for our needs, however the shower is very small if you are a big guy like me. Great continental breakfast with lots of pastries to choose from. The location of this hotel is its big plus, 20 metres from the Gare St Lazare great if travelling to Normandy plus multiple metro connections, so its convenient for travel anywhere. Sleep not disturbed by station noise as room well soundproofed. Would stay again.

HORRIBLE. We arrived to this tiny "hotel?" with a lobby that can barely fit two people in it. Guests were coming down the miniature set of winding stairs saying the elevator did not work. We were waiting to check in and upon hearing this asked if we could cancel our reservation- I told them that my friend could not walk up those stairs with a suitcase with a bad leg and they refused!!. they said someone was working on it! Because we had paid in full, they said "too bad- you paid in full and we will not refund your money". We did not stay there as it was an unsafe setting with no working elevator and a tiny ( 36" max) winding stair case that we could not have even fit our suitcase in to walk upstairs flights- ridiculous. It smelled and was dirty and would never recommend staying at a place with such rude management. We were appalled.
