All the staffs were so nice and helpful. The location is close by the station. The room is little bit small.

Just Amazing. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the "Arc du Triumph" and 2 block from the champs elysees...hundreds of restaurants and cafes around. The rooms are normal average size even a bit bigger for paris standards with a very big and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast is superb!.. worth the extra money for the rate including the breakfast. For the service, i cannot speak high enough for the hotel staff, super helpful with absolutely everything and always with a smile on their face. Had a very happy stay all around. Metro lines also a block away. Highly recommended..

A very pleasant stay at Hotel Balmoral. Convenient with train station almost at doorstep to get you anywhere, as well as walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champ Élysées. The hotel room and toilet was comfortable, of a good size; not to mention cleanliness. Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Good hotel

Room 38 was way too small for a 4 star hotel. Tiny bathroom with with defective window making it freezing. Very small and outdated elevator. Otherwise it was ok but will not repeat.

A French-style hotel with an excellent location, only about 300 meters away from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Street. After leaving the hotel, you can take a few steps and turn left to see the majestic Arc de Triomphe! It is only 200 meters away from the Charles de Gaulle Etoile subway station. It is very convenient to rely on the subway to travel in Paris for several days. Although the hotel is small, it has a French atmosphere. The furnishings and decorations in the rooms and restaurants reflect French elegance, and the tableware is beautiful and exquisite. There are not many types of breakfast, but the quality is good, especially the desserts and macarons provided are particularly delicious.

The hotel is not bad, very cozy, but it does not provide free drinking water, which is a bad review. In addition, the hotel service is very poor. The service of several old waiters is very inflexible. They say no to everything, say no to changing rooms, and refuse to refund money when checking out early. The communication is very tough, and the service needs to be greatly improved!

On the first night, I was not given the room type that I should have been given. Later, when I asked for a change, I was given a room type that I ordered. It stands to reason that the room difference should be refunded. Everything else is fine

Hotel located just a few meters from the Arc de Triomphe, which makes getting around Paris easy. Quiet and safe street. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. Good facilities, ok room size, but with a large bathroom by European standards. The breakfast served us well, simple but very tasty.

A super nice experience. Anne Claire at the wonderful reception treated us with great affection and in general all the staff were very friendly. Location a step away from the Arc de Triomphe and with a very well connected metro at the door. Very comfortable room with fridge and clean. Breakfast fair but of very good quality. We will repeat without a doubt for the forgiveness that has made us feel at home.
