Small hotel but super convenient location. There is a supermarket just round the corner, and subway opens till late. Would not mind staying at the hotel again

Really good stay, they have special service for keeping the keys for guests during daytime if we wish to go out, free ironing board to lend and really great customer service for english speakers!

All liked it! Cool staff, they helped me figure out the exchanger, the room is clean, a beautiful area with cool shops, a good view from the window, the bathroom is neat, there are towels😊 There are some little things: 1) I couldn’t close the lock on the door to the room, and the staff said it was ok, I had to sleep with the door unlocked🤯 the next day I figured out that the lock was just jammed and if I put in some effort, everything will work. 2) very thin walls and terrible audibility of neighbors if someone is talking or even just taking a shower😡

The location is very close to the subway station, one minute away from the subway station, very convenient. However, the elevator is very thin and can only accommodate 2 people at most. If you live on a lower floor, you will have to wait a long time for the elevator to go down to the ground in the morning.

This is my saddest memory in a hotel. The hotel said that I have to hand over my room card every time I go out. I went out at around 9:00 in the morning on May 7th to hand over my room card. When I returned to the hotel at 22:00 in the evening, I saw something in my suitcase. However, I thought it was over. The travel suitcase felt so light when I picked it up. When I opened it, I found that all the leather bags worth more than 10,000 euros were missing! There were no signs of external damage at all in the room, only the window was open! I immediately went to tell the front desk and asked them to check the monitor, only to find out that there was only one monitor in the entire hotel, and it would not be processed until the morning of 5/8. At the moment, I can only go to the police station to report the incident and make a record. At 7:30 a.m. on May 8, I communicated with the hotel management and asked if the hotel had any compensation measures. The hotel said it would wait for the police to investigate before taking any further action. Until then, they could do nothing. On 5/9, the police hadn't come yet. After communicating with the counter, I called the police. The final answer was that it was being processed again and they would contact us again when we returned to Taiwan. The hotel operator did nothing until we When we left the hotel on May 11, we still didn’t see the hotel owner or senior executives coming to discuss the compensation issue with us. We can only remind everyone here to pay attention to their own safety and valuables.

If I need to stay in a hotel next time I go back to Paris, I will choose this hotel again. The reason is that it is very close to the subway (with disabled equipment and elevators). There is also a cheap supermarket nearby, Lidi, and other brands. There are trams and bus stops outside. The staff is very friendly and will help if you need hot water for drinking. The room was very comfortable!

It was convenient because it was only a minute's walk from the station. However, the check-out time was different from what was stated, which was disappointing.

The most convenient thing is that there is Metro Line 4 at the door, and there is a drug store across the road. The apartment-style rooms are neater and the management is more enthusiastic and responsible. Overall very good value for money.
