When I checked in, the front desk told me that the room payment had been paid, and I only needed to pay a city tax of more than ten euros on the spot, and I swiped my card. In the middle of the night, the hotel directly deducted €507 from the card without permission. On 8/13, I informed Ctrip and showed the deduction voucher to the hotel front desk. The hotel promised to refund the next morning, but no refund has been received yet. In addition, the next day I found that the room type was not the Galileo (big room type) I booked. Both Ctrip and the hotel promised to refund the price difference of €50 when checking out. After one day, I did not receive a refund. I don't understand such a large deduction without authorization, and I feel very insecure.

Nice location with helpful staffs
The hotel room is not big but it is enough for open 2 luggage in the room.
It is recommended people coming for leisure or business trip.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
There was an area to fill water containers that could be brought to your room and a Coffee/hot chocolate machine that you could use at any time.
The area around the hotel is close to transit and has lot of food options and shopping options. It was in such a central location and i would definitely stay here again!

What a gem of a hotel. Easy walk from the Chalet Les Halles train station for easy transport from Orly and around the city. Steps for the Louvre. And on a quiet street so no late night city noise. Rooms are small! But well laid out and the bed comfortable.

We got to Paris quite late, but reception was 24 hours so that was good.
Nice little pod room. Great shower for a tall person.
Really good buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money.

We loved the unique style of the hotel, unlike anywhere else in Paris. The room was larger than we expected and the staff were very friendly.
