Well located hotel

Unfriendly and not too helpfull staff. Cold room (couldn’t take shower because, 10 degrees in bathroom)and when we finally got a new room after one night it was quite bad. First they lied that there is no room available but when I said that they have room available in web site he said that he need to talk to his boss. We left for Business and when came back the person who was there was not even aware of problem. She blaimed us that we hadn’t brought our luggages down in the morning. She said that impossible to solve problem in the evening because they don’t have room available. (Man in the front desk in the morning didn’t ask us to bring our luggages downstaires, just promised to ask his boss). When I told her that there is still rooms in website she said that there has been someone with covid and can’t be used. I told that there is more than one room and them we finally got room. There was also terrible smell in reseption area, some room scent which came outside the building also. I have asthma and hardly could breath there. I would recommend to avoid this hotel! I have visited Paris may be 20 times but not been in this kind of hotel earlier. Kauhea hotelli, epäystävällinen henkilökunta, kylmä huone ja hankala saada vaihtaa. Huonetuoksu haisi koko alakerrassa niin että oli nopeasti mentävä aulan läpi jotta ei henki salpaa. Kannattaa välttää tätä hotellia!
