Well I am not going because the hotel says its full and it's not!!! Don't lie to someone who works in the travel industry. I bought a Groupon for a two night stay myself and my 16years old son. I got a confirmation back, with a reference number and money taken out of my account. I decided a few days ago I would email the hotel, just to make sure everything was OK. I didn't want to arrive on a Sunday night, with my son and have any problems. With the email I attached my confirmation. The gentleman emailed back to say I have no booking talk to @groupon and the hotel is now full. No the hotel is not full, and the price has gone up 4 times!!! They were utterly useless and no help at all. DONOT EVER book with them through Groupon!!! They will cancel your booking, if they can make more money and the worst thing. I was never told, if I had not checked my son and I would have been stranded. I know for a fact when a booking is made by a 3rd party the hotel gets confirmation right away. Oh and I still don't have my £288.00 back!!! Shame on your hotel. I have had to book something twice as much because it about a week away.!!!!!!!!!
