Amazing suite Very relaxing and luxury A little bit pity because there is no swimming pool

The service was excellent the location is great just few meters from a metro station and chanz Elisee. the cleaness was great. The breakfast could had more variety but still was very good. In total I defiantly recommend this hotel for the facilities the decoration and great location. I had a classic room and there are two kind of a classic room, the one I got was the smaller version which I was surprise to see because in the pictures its looks bigger. At the end I switch to a premium room. A perfect stay in Paris for couples

This hotel definitely doesn't feel like a 5-star experience. The service was very average, from no-one opening the door to help you with your luggage on arrival to a general stiffness by employees and staff. The phone and hairdryer in the room didn't work on arrival, and the facilities are run down and mediocre. The bar doesn't feel very inviting and the rooftop is extremely over-priced.

The door cannot be locked, the things are relatively old, the elderly man with glasses at the concierge at the front desk is very nice.

The facilities are a bit old, but everything else is very good. It is recommended to book a suite. The suite is large and the environment is good. The overall style is very retro. If you like French retro style, you can come and experience it.

Three people stayed in a junior suite. There were days when there were only enough towels and water for two people. The shower in the bathtub area leaked water from the wall, flooding the entire bathtub area. After the family finished showering, we had to use all the towels in the room to wipe down the floor. The shower in the shower room had only as much water pressure as a child's toy watering can. It was a very disappointing hotel.

The concierge staff at the front desk are super nice. This location is very convenient to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. It only takes a few minutes. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, and the Peninsula Hotel is right next door!

Really strain the creaky floors.

The location is very good! The feeling of coming home!

The location was good and it was a really beautiful hotel. In addition to the staff who showed the best kindness, I will go again next year.
