Poor service, the integrity level of the staff needs to be improved. Management chaos. After I clearly asked the staff to help me check and keep my lost items, The staff not only impatiently replied on the phone, but also did not give me any feedback. I am very certain that my bag was left in the hotel, and I could even determine where it was in the room. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff intentionally stole it, but for a hotel, it affects integrity and clearly poses a safety hazard. It's really disappointing.

Booked for four nights, but before check-in, I had something urgent to do, so I discussed with the hotel whether I could stay for only two nights. The hotel was arguing and asked the agent to contact him. The agent contacted him by phone and email many times, but the hotel did not reply. I negotiated with the hotel again, and the hotel said that the agent had not contacted them at all. The room was super small, and there were several hairs on the sheets and quilts. The service attitude of the hotel is terrible. There is no hot water in the morning. Every time you go out, you have to swipe the key card at the front desk. The subway makes noise every 10 seconds from morning to night every day. The bed vibrates when it passes by.
