The hotel is small, although it is located at the intersection. It is very quiet at night. The food in the breakfast area on the first floor is very French. The bedroom is small but very warm.

In paris i usually stay in the 5th or the 6th or 7th. No more. Half the price. Totally immacculate. Nice big bathtub . Room cleaned daily. Great breakfast was inckuded in my price. Not as touristy . Fabulous fruit vegie markets butchers grocery stores great selection of cafes restaurants spas beauty salons . Close to metro. Great staff. Not fancy not big but totally comfortable . Good location. Quiet street. Highly recommended. The bedding is very nice. The bed a bit to firm but still fine.

First time in Paris and the hotel was pretty good for a 3 star. Arrived late but the receptionist was very helpful and even gave us some free drinks. Room a little on the small side, but was very comfortable and had everything required including a free safe. We had the continental breakfast and it was really nice with plenty of choice. Would definitely use this place again.

Made a wrong booking by accident (wrong dates). *********** asked Hotel Le Fabe to refund the corresponding amount. The hotel, however, lied and told me personally that the problem was with ***********, despite *********** claiming the opposite and actively asking the hotel to refund. Dishonest place. Not typical of Paris, which has many good hotels.

Great discovery 1/4 hour walk from Gare Montparnasse. Well renovated and welcoming establishment. Comfortable rooms (good bedding). Friendly welcome. Very good breakfast. The counter seems small at first glance but it is very complete and qualitative. A very good value for money. 5 min walk: Pernety metro station (line 13) 10 min walk: bistronomic restaurant Le Jéroboam. Good address also.

A friendly welcome, the room is quite spacious and full breakfasts are €12. The Fabe is ideally located 5 minutes from 2 metro stations and close to shops and restaurants. Note that the street can be quite noisy.

On arrival, the receptionist tells you you are upgraded! You end up with the ground floor room with a window overlooking the street which does not open and your door which opens onto the breakfast room next to the elevator. A good night ahead...

small hotel well located for us, on one floor with elevator. Great welcome!!! Our room was ready quite early following my request. Thank you correct room with its bathroom and cupboard quite quiet wifi correct breakfast room quite minimalist. But we always found room for a varied breakfast. Nothing to complain about, we didn't have time to test the sauna. Many restaurants nearby. only downside we found a sock, without its owner, under the bed I recommend
