I stayed one night to watch the volleyball games at the Paris Olympics.
The location was great, right in front of the metro, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and close enough to walk to the competition venue.
The room was on the 6th floor, and it was old but well-maintained and clean. The bathroom, toilet, and bed were clean. The curtains and closet were old.
The single room was very small, and it was difficult to open my large suitcase. This was the worst thing about it. Also, the card key was broken, so it took some time to deal with that.
I didn't eat any food. The reception staff were friendly.
The interior of the lobby was comfortable, but there were a few flies, which was unpleasant.

The hotel is located 10m from the #12 Convention subway stop. On the same avenue there are restaurants; fast food like KFC or McDonald's; pharmacy; Franprix and a bakery and everything within 50m.
The hotel staff is very kind.
The cleanliness of the place is A1. You have hot water in the room and they leave tea filters for free every day. There is wifi, hot water, a dryer and they give you soap and shampoo every day if you don't have any.
