Simple breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located near to Gare du Nord. Many eatery nearby. Simple breakfast.

Good for 1 night stay. The room was clean but the hotel surrounding a bit noisy. Overall good for 3 star hotel.

Les deux points d'accueil sont bien situés. Le personnel est très professionnel  et courtois.
Les doubles vitrages sont utiles. 
Le petit déjeuner est varié. J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Both reception points are well located. The staff is very professional and courteous.

It's very conveniently located near Gare du Nord. The staff were very kind and they even looked after my luggage, so I was able to sightsee lightly on the last day of my stay.

Great little hotel, convenient for Gare du Nord and other metro stations. Room was spotlessly clean, really spacious for the 4 of us, with the kids beds behind a partition.  Reception staff were very helpful.   A special mention to the ladies looking after breakfast who were very helpful with my questions about allergies and the food, they showed me the packet of the thing I asked about so I could check for myself. That was really important for me and they were kind and patient about it.  Thank you. 

We stayed here for the location - with an early morning train, the 5-minute walk to Gare du Nord made it the perfect spot. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a great bathroom. It is right on a busy street it was loud and did not feel as private as other locations.  The receptionist was fantastic - offering to chill a bottle of wine in the hotel's fridge and providing an awesome restaurant recommendation for our last night in Paris that was by-far our best meal.

Location is good if you have a train early in the morning as you can get to Gare du Nord in 5 minutes walking distance.  Everything else was very disappointing:  - Breakfast with very limited options, - We had to use the toilets as room was not ready upon arrival and it was claustrophobic and not very clean; - Common areas (lobby) very dirty at all times; - Room did not have any sort of comfort (shower with a very old courtain and stained); - You have to sit sideways in the toilet; - Confusion with luggage storage upon arrival (we had to help reception team to find our own luggage).  I would not recommend it. Defintely not worth 100€ a night.
