Our experience was really bad to the point I wished I had skipped Paris all together.
Upon arrival, we checked in at check in time but our room wasn’t ready, we had to wait two more hours to get access to the room.
Once in our room, as we are going to sleep I had what it looked like a bedbug. We were able to trap the bug under a cup and take a video and emailed it to the hotel, but no management contacted us.
We called the front desk and were told that there was no housekeeping available to help us but we could move to another room. In the middle of the night, 12:30am. We had to repack all our stuff and move to another “upgraded” room. We did so and long and behold the room was much smaller we went from a queen size bed to a full size bed.
The next day I asked to speak to a manager and was told that no manager was available. We expressed our discomfort for the room and the staff was not helpful. They offered to give me another key to another room but at this point I just wanted to leave. Unfortunately, we had tickets to museums and events and did not have the luxury to continue to play musical rooms. This was our anniversary weekend traveling from NYC to Europe ad this experience put a damper on the vacation. Needless to say, three nights felt eternal.
My advise is to skip this location if you can.
