死貴死貴又超級小的房間，跟宣傳圖的大床房根本就不是一回事！一千多的價格住的比國內七天酒店還差！勝在地理位置便利。
最不滿意的是“強買強賣”的態度！我們定了3晚，入住當晚看到這麼小我本來立馬想走人的，想想過了最晚取消時間了，就算了。但是立馬溝通了取消後面兩天。攜程客服非常負責，一直在幫忙對接，説一直致電酒店前台沒人接。第二天才聯繫上酒店負責人。對方態度非常堅決説不退！如果要提前離店，2晚房費扣除1晚。拜託！不是扣100塊，是扣1000多誒！根本沒有影響新客户入住的，**條款這不是！

酒店的位置非常好，兩邊都有地鐵站，還有一個大的車站就在旁邊。附近有很多中餐館，基本都是川菜，離巴黎春天，老佛爺都不遠。

非常好👍前台服務很熱情。下面早飯的菜不錯，麪包很美味！這個區很安靜和安全。離老佛爺也很近。我們從里昂火車站成2站rer a再走了一段就到了。也很方便。房間很乾凈！👍

酒店的位置很好，出門都處都是小酒館。周邊也比較安全，去老佛爺走路衹需要12分鐘。早餐比較簡單，但服務員比較好，今天早上還幫我們交了的士。房間比較小，好在衞生

到酒店第一天前台接待shiham（注意這個女人是種族歧視者）就從錢包裏多拿了20歐，被發現後拒不承認，拒不還錢。他們酒店前台經理來道歉，並歸還了20歐，並給了我們4天的早餐免費，我們沒在追究。但第三天我們check out的時候，正好又是這個shiham，我們問她是否可以晚點check out，她很憤怒説不行，特別是對我們，然後做了個很侮辱的手勢並很大聲的説out，我也回罵了她是個*****，這時這個酒店的經理anna出來問怎麼回事，我們説明瞭整個事情，開始還表現的很專業，很友好，也幫我們推遲了離店時間到1點，到這個時候，shiham沒有任何抱歉，到我跟她説恭喜她，我會把她是個種族歧視者介紹給中國人民，她的臉瞬間變高了，等我再回到酒店，她主動過來給我道歉了，但這家酒店真心不要選，避雷，避雷，避雷
