The worst hotel. Stayed here for four consecutive days, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Because he was chatting with others outside the door. The front desk staff did not return our passports after copying them, and only remembered to return them the next day. The check-in experience was very poor. We checked in for four days in two separate orders. If I hadn't asked to set the room card for four days, he would only give one day's permission. The bath towels were not changed proactively. We threw the towels that needed to be changed on the ground according to the instructions. They picked them up and gave them to us as new towels the next day, but when we returned to the room, we felt that the towels were wet. The room service was very poor. The sheets were not changed for four consecutive days. And they did not replenish toiletries. The worst thing was that on the last night, we found that they added tap water directly to the bottle in order to save shower gel. Did they treat us as **? ? ? They thought that the guests could not feel that they were taking a shower with shower gel added with water? ? ? What tricks are they playing? ? ? It's ridiculous! The floor of the room was not cleaned because the stubborn stains were not cleaned. The door handle of the wardrobe door was broken, the handle and the nail inside were separated, and the nail was pointed. The elevator facilities were old, as if they were from the early 20th century. They did not meet the standards of a four-star hotel at all. The table area was very small, not enough for two people's room items. We felt crowded even without a suitcase. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, like the sound of a tractor, and the cooling effect was very poor. The toilet was leaking. There was a vibration noise coming from nowhere in the room, which sounded every five minutes. The bottled water in the room had not been changed for four days. I advise everyone not to drink the water in it. It must be tap water.

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Although it is in a busy city, it is very quiet. There are several delicatessens and seafood stores around, which makes it very convenient to buy vegetables and fruits. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but they are clean. The waiters are also very enthusiastic. There is also a small courtyard on the first floor where you can chat and drink coffee. The price of the hotel is not high, it is worth recommending.

The room size is OK, some rooms have desks, some rooms have bathtubs; the internet is average; the environment and location are very good, there are many products around, and there is a small market not far from the door, selling seafood, cooked food and fruits, which is very lively. The area is also very safe. The hotel lobby is very spacious. It can be used as a hotel for tourism, but not suitable for business trips.

Although the waiting time to check in was a bit long, the room was overall good and the size was suitable for one person. The surrounding environment is very good, and it is very close and convenient to the scenic spots.
