Stayed in the hotel last summer. Back again this year. Location is super good. 5 mins walk to Opera. Take taxi most of the time to tourist site around 10-15 EUR. Room is small but clean. All you need when you travel: comfortable bed to sleep, shower and great location. Service at the hotel is good. Newly renovated I believe. Highly recommended l.

Stayed alone with two children at the end of June. Hotel staff are very nice. The room is not big but comfortable. Great location. I am very convenient to eat around and there are several Chinese restaurants. Will go again next time I go to Paris

We got room 65... Small and attic.
It is indicated a parking lot which does not exist (we had to pay 75 euros more for parking in an adjacent street). Breakfast in the room impractical because the room was small, without chairs or table (we put the tray on the suitcase rack), the mini bar broke down, the drinks were hot so we went out to buy cold drinks.
The hotel is ideally located, close to several points of interest accessible in less than 15 minutes on foot (Louvre, Opéra, Place Vendôme, Notre-Dame, Samaritaine, etc.)
Overall too expensive for the service received.
We won't be going back there again.

The area where the hotel is located is generally safe. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to the Galeries Lafeyette which was awesome! And from the Galeries or if you take a detour and walk to the Angelina cafe for brekkie or directly to the Shopping Street (Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré) depending on your walking speed, it's about a nice 20 minute walk which isn't really too far especially since I love the cold. You hardly break a sweat. However the space was a little tiny - lift, room walking space, the corridor to the rooms. I was the only person in the room with 3 big luggage and a carry-on and if I find it a tad small, having 2 people in the room may be a bit of an inconvenience. But it is what it is cause space is like a commodity in Paris. So I can't complain as it was a generally very nice boutique hotel. Clean and relatively safe. You have a cafe in the hotel building called Wild & The Moon. They are vegan cafe so for the vegans, here's a good option. I didn't get to try their teas or cakes which looked really good but I did get a bottle of juice which was really awesome.

Great location very near to Opera Garnier and the subway. The hotel a/c was broken and could not sleep the first three nights. Also they did not clean our room several days. Friendly staff.
