The hotel is near Eurostar train station, restaurant shops ,food market are all nearby , the staff was very friendly and helpful. I lost my keyboard mouse ,they found it and returned to me.

The front desk service was OK, but the luggage was delivered to the wrong room. The room was clean, and free water and two candies were provided. Overall it was OK. The breakfast was also quite rich.

The hotel did not return the money for the mistakenly booked room. The computer chose a date that did not correspond to the physical possibility and time to arrive. There is no trust in this hotel. If by mistake the money goes to another person. A self-respecting citizen will return someone else's money. The hotel refused to return me because there was a non-refundable rate.
