Lovely hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also lovely. Only thing I would say… I’m useless with understanding other people’s coffee machines. If you could add some instructions that would be excellent!

THE LOVELIEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!!! Very welcoming and caring staff!! Very positive nice and thoughtful people. Amazing clean beautiful rooms, great location.

The room is comfortable and the balcony has a great view. The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful and the service attitude is good. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel is very close to Paris North Station, about 10 minutes walk.

On the day of check-out, the hotel front desk forcibly charged me 3 euros. At first, they said it was tax. I said I paid it when I checked in, and then they said it was extra. I asked what the extra charge was. Finally, he said it was a bottle of water in the room and he had to pay for it. I was in a hurry to catch a flight, so I didn't argue with him.
