Lovely hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also lovely. Only thing I would say… I’m useless with understanding other people’s coffee machines. If you could add some instructions that would be excellent!

THE LOVELIEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!!! Very welcoming and caring staff!! Very positive nice and thoughtful people. Amazing clean beautiful rooms, great location.

The location at the North Station is the only advantage. The bathroom is full of water after washing. The room is too small for long-term stay. The price-performance ratio is not high.

On the day of check-out, the hotel front desk forcibly charged me 3 euros. At first, they said it was tax. I said I paid it when I checked in, and then they said it was extra. I asked what the extra charge was. Finally, he said it was a bottle of water in the room and he had to pay for it. I was in a hurry to catch a flight, so I didn't argue with him. I gave him 3 euros and asked the front desk to issue an invoice. He asked me to contact the platform. I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and random charges.

Family visit from abroad
Rooms much smaller than expected. Bathroom could have used a deeper ckean prior to our arrival.
Comfortable beds and A/C.
Good location near Gare de Nord so it was very easy to get around the city. Also walking distance to Montmartre.
Very friendly staff.
