The room was very small but it was convenient.

The place is well managed, and the room space is normal. However, the entrance + corridor space is relatively small, and the sound insulation is poor. The service is different every day. I stayed here for seven nights and had different employees for four days. Two were nice and two had terrible attitudes. The hygiene is very good. 

Located near the Third Ring Road in Paris, next to the subway, convenient to the city center, no good restaurants nearby, a little dark at night, but cheap

A very nice hotel, well located in the 12th! The team is pleasant and helpful. 

The room is neat and tidy with nearly 15 square meters of space (large enough), with complete facilities but no safe. The bathroom is dry and wet (probably required for barrier-free access). The transportation is convenient (about 400 meters from the M1 subway station entrance). There are McDonald's and pharmacies (24 hours) nearby, and other commercial facilities are simple and few.

It's a clean hotel

ONE tiny elevator that fits ONE person broke on the morning of check out. We were on the highest floor. Had to drag all our luggage down and bang our luggage alone the spiral staircase all the way down. Had to make many trips up and down. Employee at front desk didn't care, didn't help. My bed mattress sunk through when I sat down on the queen/sofa pull out. Woman in the breakfast area was grouchy and say no to butter and jam with our express breakfast. Location is good and A/C was good. Thats about it.

The Hotel was nice, breakfast was really good and with a lot of choice between sweet and savory. The position was good as well because the hotel it’s very close to the metro station that takes you straight to the center! Only thing that could be better it’s the elevator that it’s too little.

Hotel is small but comfortable, however not for families with baby carriage (very small elevator). No car parking. Near to metro station (very useful), around some grocery shops and street food. Good for a city break.
