Vreselijk hotel. We kwamen aan en je kon eigenlijk gelijk al aan de receptie zien dat het een vervallen, niet onderhouden pand is. De receptionist deed zijn werk maar was niet bijzonder hartelijk. De kamer was een schok. Oud, vies, vieze lakens met vlekken en stof, vieze vloerbedekking. De badkamer stonk en stond op het punt van instorten. De wc, wasbak en het bad waren smerig. De doortrekker van het toilet viel gelijk uit elkaar. Alle randjes van de buizen en het sanitair waren bruin en ranzig. Geen stop in het bad. Het bad was geel met een scheur. Leek totáál niet op de foto's op de website. Er stond een hele oude vieze stoffige ventilator, geen airco. Verder was er niks, geen waterkoker, geen thee of koffie, en nauwelijks toiletartikelen. Eerst dachten we 'ach, het is maar voor een paar dagen', maar zodra we buiten stonden merkten we dat we eigenlijk nooit meer terug wilden. We hebben gelijk besloten een ander hotel te boeken. We zijn teruggegaan voor onze spullen en zijn verkast. Uit pure ellende en stress zijn we vergeten foto's te nemen. De receptionist reageerde totaal niet op ons vertrek. Het kon hem niks schelen, hij vond het wel best. We reizen heel vaak en zijn niet kieskeurig, waar je voor betaalt dat krijg je, dat beseffen we ons. Voor twee sterren in Parijs verwachten we niet veel, maar dit was echt diep triest. Het andere hotel dat we geboekt hebben was ongeveer in dezelfde buurt, netjes, zelfde prijs, en drie sterren. Veel beter. We zijn blij dat we hier weggegaan zijn, anders had het onze vakantie verpest.

위치도 좋고 가격대비 나쁘지 않은데 정말 어이가 없는 일을 경험했습니다.
샤워 커튼치고 샤워했지만 물이 튀었는지 화장실 바닥이 젖었는데
바로아래층에 건물이 노후화되고 천장에 금이가 있어서 물이 샌것을
우리에게 수리비? 요금 300유로를 요구하더라고요

A very good location friendly staff Not overly priced We booked a superior room on top floor with balcony and good view of Eiffell Tower and Sacre Coeur cathedral The room could have done with a lick of paint tired decor I didn't feel the room had had a thorough clean it was a bit grimey in places.The bathroom was roomy shower worked well ok towels The bed was comfortable with nice linen given the state of the room I didn't want to check the state of the mattress and pillows( ignorance is bliss) Buffet breakfast(wasn't really a buffet) could be much improved simply by providing a pot of fresh tea or coffee for each table rather than a communal insulated jug of mediocre coffee.The bread and croissant was nice and fresh I would stay again but wish the management would take a bit more pride in their establishment by making just a few small adjustments which would make a stay even more enjoyable

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. It is comfortable, offers breakfast and is in a great location, near the Metro, a park, Sacre Coeur and Monmartre. The reason I return is that the staff is always, friendly and helpful. There is always someone at the front desk willing to answer questions. The simple French breakfast is very convenient. The price is very reasonable. I first went alone and have returned with family members and friends. They don't even advertise the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the 6th floor room:)

I stayed at Hotel du Square d'Anvers with my husband. Room was tidy and the bed really confortable. Reception's staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the metro and Montmarte. Hotel du Square d'Anvers is a great destination for tourists.

We spent one night in this hotel due to its proximity to the Eurostar station. Positives: Location is excellent. 5 minutes walk to Sacre-Coeur. 2 minutes to metro. 10 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge and Gare du Nord. Pleasant little park in the square over-looked by our room. Good shower. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Extra blankets if needed. Helpful staff. Kettle in room. Negatives: Bedroom very dusty. No bin in bedroom. Beds, although comfortable were very rickety. Thankfully, my husband and I were very tired from travelling, as I do not think they would have stood up to any nocturnal shenanigans. Although there was a kettle, there were no cups. I have looked up that it is normal for there to be no tea/coffee in 2* hotels in France, but giving a kettle with no cups seems to be taking the pee a bit. There was only one small bath towel and a hand towel when we arrived. The young man on reception rectified this straight away when I asked for another. I don't know if I would stay there again. It was not dreadful and it was clean enough once I dusted a bit. Maybe for a single night stay.
