Staff was amazing always smiley and very helpful. There was a coffee and fresh orange in the lobby available for customers.
However, the room was really really really small. There was these double door that didn’t make much sense to me and was making a lot of noise always I wanted to go in or out.

Would not recommend this hotel… everything is super old. Cleaning is very poor and you have to climb rough stairs to get to bathroom. Table is barely holding together… few positive things: great location, coffee and spacious shower.

オペラ座から徒歩５分程にあります。大通りから1本入った所にあるので最初は迷うかもですが慣れれば大丈夫です。
ホテルのスタッフさん達はフレンドリーで必要あれば助けてくれます。とても感じの良い人たちでした。アメニティは歯ブラシ以外はあるという感じです。部屋には最低限のものがあるという感じなので必要かあれば自分で用意した方が快適かなという感じです。紙コップとかフォークとかお箸とか。立地も良くてスタッフさん達も親切でまた泊まりたいホテルでした✨

酒店的位置非常好，很多景點可以輕鬆步行到達，房間隔音很好，大小合適，空調給力，唯一的小遺憾是浴缸沒有浴簾，淋浴後容易弄濕衞生間。酒店員工都非常親切，很容易溝通。

メトロ駅からも近く、ロケーションは満足です。
フロントの対応は人によりまちまち、お部屋の清掃は気になる箇所がいくつか有りました。
日本人の方たちが多く滞在されていました。

步行五分鐘到巴黎歌劇院，門外就是一家網紅日料店天天排長隊，前台服務熱情，房間略小兩人住可能會略擠，除了這點其餘都是滿分！

Great Hotel. end up staying in the small studio which was perfect for me since I was traveling solo. Restaurant shops, great location. Found parking spot right in front of the hotel. very helpful staff.
