They charged me the city tax for 2 people when it was just me, 1 So i asked them to make a refund and they told me they would do it on the day of my check out And on the day of my check out they told me their boss was not in town or something, and gave me their business card telling me to write them an email So i did TWICE and still havent got any feedback from them It’s been over a week since.. So frustrating

This was our first time here and we were excited, the front desk was great and the room was great except for the refrigerator. It's also delicious with Caesar dressing, and the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere. We will be back, the location is convenient and protected from the wind and weather! Everything is perfect, I can really recommend this hotel

The hotel is very well located, close to the tower and within walking distance, and just a few meters from large markets and shops. Another advantage is the proximity to a subway station. It was great!

Everything is a mess at that place and they just dont care about ther clients. It all started when i left my suitcases befor checkin and they said they would take care until i got back at chechkin time, when i got there my suitcases were in the middle of the lobby, with no one there to watch and everyone that passed by on the street could not only get in the hotel but could take my bags. At checkin i was told the air conditioner wasnt working but it would be fixed until the next morning, didnt happen, everyday they said the same thing. I had two reservations, one from july 26 to july 31 and the second from july 31 to august 1. I stayed there until the 30th wit no air, until i decided they were messing around and making promises that the air conditioner would be fixed everyday. On the 30th i left to another hotel because it was so hot i couldnt sleep in the room. I asked to cancel my second reservation and they said they coul not do anything because it was nonrefundable. So they were not prepared to receive guests, and i had to pay even if it wasnt possible to stay there due to the temperature being so high in the rooms. They dont speak english and it is so hard to talk to everyone at that hotel, i tried emailing them, calling, and all they said its that they could do nothing.

Hotel located near the metro and bus stops, useful for reaching all the attractions, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, clean and welcoming, kind and helpful staff in particular Annamaria who always supported us for every need. I highly recommend it.

Poor quality/price ratio. End of June air conditioning non-functional without prior notice, forced to sleep with the window open and woken up by the rain... not ideal for a business trip. Instead of apologizing, the staff launched into an explanation about energy savings! No iron, ironing board or hair dryer in the room. Barely fluorescent yellow shower gel… you can definitely find better for this price!!!!

A small and very welcoming hotel. Small rooms (at least ours) with a French bed, but very clean and warm. Very kind at the reception where they explain very well what is in the area or how to reach the various places. Decent hotel. Positive value for money for €130. We could perhaps find better, but there were no unpleasant surprises. Positive points: a few parking spaces, rich and varied breakfast, good-sized room, small but clean, well-maintained bathroom, impeccable linen, immediate metro access, fairly lively neighborhood (small restaurants/breweries at reasonable prices). Less positive points: decor and furniture in the room a little outdated, carpet in the room clean but aging.

Room overlooking the famous patio (N°3 or 4 I don't know). Difficult to sneak in because there is a bush in front. Without transition we are in the room. Super secure.... No chair, cupboard or storage. Where do we put the things? Oh well, on the ground. An incessant background noise all night long coming from the air conditioning I imagine. Oh and the best for last: the one taking the shower waters the toilet at the same time. It's high class. Since we look directly into the courtyard, well, we can't get any fresh air, which is also very pleasant when we take a shower. Fog everywhere!
