If I can give a score of 0, this hotel would get 0 points. I have stayed in almost a thousand hotels, and this is the only one that made me feel disgusted. I strongly do not recommend a hotel that discriminates against Chinese people, *****!

I had the worst stay in Parc Hotel Paris in the end of Februrary 2025. I had booked my room on their website which was a mistake - I should have used a booking platform so I take responsibility of my naivete. First of all, welcome back to the nineties. This place has not seen any remodeling this century. You've got nasty carpets and sticky dirty wallpapers (I will leave it to your imagination). Moldy bathroom ceiling and paper thin walls. Yes, you can hear your next door neighbor moaning as they are copulating so it sounds like someone is in your bed. Luckily he was a one minute man so it was a brief annoyance. Since I was wide awake I DID FIND SOMEONE IN MY BED! .......It was a bedbug. How disgusting! I have heard stories of Parisian hotels but again, I have been very naive at this point. So, now I definitely cannot fall asleep so I catch the poor bedbug and I take it to the reception. I tell the receptionist that it is unacceptable and I need to change my room. He didn't strike me as the most sharpest tool in the shed so he mumbled something unintelligible and said they are fully booked. I asked to find me an alternative (e.g. a room in a different hotel) but he was unresponsive. Finally I hand him the bed bug in a tissue and say I can not possibly stay there. He looks at the bug, squashes it and says "It's not bug". ***?! Are you freaking serious? He did not apologize nor offer any sort good customer service. Just went back to staring his computer screen and did not engage in the conversation any further. This is the worst encounter I have had anywhere. So, after a sleepless night with a light on I see more of the bed bugs but what's the point of bringing this up if "it's not bug", right? I book myself a different hotel and in the morning I will go and check myself out. The lady at the reception had professional attitude and apologized. We discussed me leaving the hotel and getting a refund for the nights I did not intend to stay for. I asked to be refunded right away but she claimed she is just a mere worker and only her manager (who is out of town, of course) could do it. Naturally I was supposed to e-mail the hotel to get the refund as there was no other way. She confirmed me the amount which I were to get back and said that the refund normally takes three days. GUESS WHAT?! It took a LOT OF E-MAILING and A LOT OF TIME and NERVES. I never got the amount I was promised (received about 40 eur less than promised) and it took me more than a month to get my money back. So, in a nutshell: don't ever give this hotel your business unless you hate yourself. Worst place ever!

Walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear neighbors' phone conversations as if they were in your own room. This significantly impacts the quality of sleep. Receptionist's attitude is unfriendly. Her demeanor gives the impression of self-importance, which detracts from the hospitality experience.Due to the lack of soundproofing, the hotel may only be suitable for those who don't plan on sleeping during their stay.

A really bad experience... Firstly, the rooms are not what they look like, the price was a steal, what they did, the staff that received us was very rude, disrespectful and a liar, they said one thing and then retracted it, supposedly the boss arrived, The owner, first of all, did not speak English, only French. I will tell you: We traveled with my brothers, there were 5 of us, that is, my sister and her husband, my 17-year-old daughter and my husband and I, when we booked from the USA, my brother cost him $327 for the room, when I booked, the , room $540, the same room, because I put that we were 3, when we arrived, they said that my daughter was not included, and therefore we had to pay $220 more Euros.as from the Middle East, spoiled, insolent and he left without giving another answer. We had no choice, after having explained everything to them. Then they didn't clean our room for 3 days, which is how long we were there, there were even spider webs. Dora.

Really terrible customer service. First of all, they demanded a 80 euros as a caution, we were accompanied and the person with us handed the guy the money, requested for a receipt of deposit he didn't give one. It was 6 days stay, so our company told the guy at the desk to retrieve the caution the morning of the checkout because she had to travel, then the receptionist said no ...etc. They kept us waiting for almost two hours just to get us to our rooms (knowing that we arrived after the check-in time set). Also, the toilet has no real door, so you can literally see the other person through the toilet glass door. You cannot even turn on or off the air conditioner in the chambers, you need to call the receptionist to do so. To conclude, it's very expensive compared to the service provided.

Horrid little hole. Booked a room WITH balcony, arrived and got a load of nonsense about how it wasn't guaranteed. It clearly said it in my booking confirmation. Spent about 15 minutes faffing about to check me in. Got upstairs to a tiny room without even room to open my suitcase unless I put it on the bed. Breakfast of 15 euros consisted of plastic sliced bread (in Paris for goodness sake) and some mini patisserie. Absolute joke.
