Our room had everything we needed and the view from our room was pretty. The service at reception was friendly and professional. The location, for us, was absolutely fantastic. Everywhere we wanted to go, was within walking distance. Overall, great value for money.

A very good stay. We turned-up three hours early and our room was ready. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Hotel is very close to Charonne Metro station but on a quiet side road. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. This is Paris, so it's not cheap and rooms are small, but you will have everything you need here. We plan to stay here again.

No refrigerator in the room. No refrigerator for share. No coffee pot, no coffee maker nor complimentary coffee in the morning. Too few plugs in the room and the room condition is not great. In a safe neighborhood with a subway station nearby but not in a good location for a tourist. Far from everything. Also the staff needs to communicate better.

The hotel is set away from the main centre of Paris, maybe a 40min walk, however there is a metro station close by. The hotel itself was well done out, the staff were friendly and helped with directions and dining suggestions. The room was a good size with a private bathroom and was clean and tidy. Breakfast was classic continental with a good selection to choose from. Price was what you'd expect from Paris, overall a really nice hotel, ideal for a short stay in Paris.

typical Paris hotel - looks `unassuming from the outside and terrible inside. The sink was completely blocked. everything else was old or very cheaply renovated. Do not recommend

We absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff are lovely. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Our room on the short side was very quiet. It is very good value for money and we will return to this establishment.
