The hotel is within walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. It is in a quiet area. The hotel however is a little old but is still somewhat clean. The shower head was blocked. Although it’s still working, it was a little annoying. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay was not too bad.

We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the street but above all without heating!!!! It was extremely cold and when I went to report it to reception, the person was sorry but confirmed that they were aware of the problem. There was no possibility of changing rooms because the hotel was full and there was no additional heating

The front desk staff was very nice and gave me a room with a good view. However, the room was a bit stuffy and I felt a bit itchy when I covered myself with the quilt.
