The pictures are not representative of the accommodation at all. Very basic and very small beds. In addition, I left an expensive item in the apartment and the customer service has been atrocious when trying to get it back, it was four weeks ago that I stayed and still have not been able to get it back. Would definitely avoid.

Very good bedding and facilities, I will come back here for the good price and the great location near Palais Royal and Sainte Anne street. There are many restaurants and bar. We loves the breakfast and the customer service really kind, I recommend

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a location, and I want to warn everyone to avoid Apartments WS Louvre - Richelieu (I will be letting friends know to avoid this place as well.) I’ve traveled to numerous countries and stayed at many different places and this was the worst by far! I will give credit in that the room was clean, but that’s it. No air conditioning and there were no fans provided despite past comments from WS that they provide this. Their are renovations going on from the outside which I knew about beforehand, but nothing about there being renovations inside. The stairs were a mess covered with disgusting coverings of dirt and the elevator didn’t work, in addition to the workman banging on the elevator at all hours of the day. In the middle of the complex is an open area with people coming in all hours of the night until 2 am and everything echoes and makes the noise that much louder such as garages constantly opening and closing. WS leaves you to figure out how to get into the apartment and it was so impossible that I had to borrow a French persons phone to call. Also when I complained about all the issues, they pretended like they just got my email and just responded yesterday. I only stayed a day and ended up going to another apartment which was wonderful! My advice is to use your money and stay in another location if this area is booked and take the train into town or stay at the Timhotel a few days like I did.

The flat was big enough not very big. It was very clean. The location was really really good. It was 5-minute-walk to Louvre. I would highly recommend it. There is everything you could need like a microwave, a ketlle, an iron.

We were robbed during our stay. Someone broke into our room (or apparently used another access code) and stole USD 3,000 from my passport wallet. We tried to work with the property manager to get access to the door lock access log and security camera footage but they have been very uncooperative. They have delayed responses as much as they could. In the end the finally shared the door lock access that shows the door was opened while we left for breakfast in our last day there but they have been withholding the security camera footage. Terrible experience. Frustrated with the lack of security and cooperation of the propety management.

Dirty room Non-existent staff Host who never responds I went with my family and we had huge problems because they left us out of the room for hours due to a problem with the codes to enter the room because they did not respond that they could send the technicians 4 hours outside the door with a newborn and the baby's food inside Poor quality sheets, indeed very poor quality Towels stained with blood upon our arrival A cleaning service was requested which was never done and it also had an additional cost The security code of the room was requested and it was never changed We could not have had a worse holiday Never again in this structure I asked Booking for a refund because they continue not to respond

A very nice experience in the WS apartment, close to public transport and excellent customer service. Practical and sufficient amenities. Modern decor. My next stay in Paris will be with WS. The monuments are nearby, and the price is very reasonable and attractive.

Only one socket in the kitchen but it is taken by the wifi replicator, so it is coffee or wifi or hot water or wifi. The other sockets are at the head of the bed or at the front door. Defective kitchen equipment (see photo knife) Door code provided does not work, the cleaning lady helps us to get in. Despite the intervention of the housekeeper with customer service we have never been able to get a code that works. We did our shopping in the evening and in the morning by blocking the door with a book. We discover a broken TV because of the building works. Kitchen light bulb burned out and would turn on with entry (strange design) Cupboard occupied by fan and safe so no room for suitcase.

The apartment is very nice and very clean. Really very well located and easy to access. Small shower room and kitchenette just right. View on the very quiet street. Negative points and not the least: - there is a nespresso coffee maker, it could be provided at least 2 capsules, because having to buy 10 when you don't have nespresso at home, it's a shame - a small thin blanket, barely the width of the bed is not enough in December - the cleaning lady who knocks and enters directly at 9:15 a.m. when the room must be left at 11 a.m. is more than average, especially since she has a direct view of the bed...
